It's not really a house...more like a hovel with a garden in the back. And the railroad ends literally in my front yard, quit complaining.

Yeah, and if something's blatantly part of someone's area (like I've claimed a small mountainside, for example) you shouldn't build your house right on top of it. This isn't New York City, we can let people have space for farms/mines/future projects. Plenty of room for everyone.

We've got a few farms already started up. But seriously-just walking from my house at the top of the hill to Witty's and back took me like 4 hunger bars. I'm gonna be setting up a LOT of stairs and stuff, but still. It uses a lot of energy.

So I spawned way northwest of where the town is, and on my way to there, I saw that there's an extreme hills biome very close to us. We picked a great spot for the town, but there's a LOT of hills. We're gonna need alot of food.Also, more rain.

Is the server up? I can't get on, for some reason...

Frankly, I don't care. It's gonna be nearly impossible to get emeralds outside of trading anyways, as they only spawn in Extreme Hill environments. Which just happen to be the rarest biome. And I really do think we have enough resources to go off of just one biome if we wanted to. Actually...I think I'm for this. Let's do it. It'll make scouting parties/exploring that much cooler and more fun.

Hahahaha, I remember that...that was the world we tried to build the temple on, right? It just so happens that as you were tunneling through the world, I'd been in creative and I spawned probably...1000 TNT in that little village? Just as it started caving in, I lit the fuse. Probably why the server ended earlier than it should've.

I just had a thought-if we do set up away from spawn, why don't we just make another metro from spawn to town?

Guil13st, I tried to set up wiring to your house, but it was just too far away So I set it on fire instead.Also, 1.3 actually is going live tomorrow! So I was wrong about that, lol. I get out of work at about 3:30-4:00 EST, I'll definitely be on after that. What's the plan gonna be? We going to set up camp right where we spawn, or are we gonna walk a little while? Let's get some pre-map planning going, people!

My final inventory's pretty much the same as before, only I ditched the glass and got more of the stuff I didn't have a full stack of.

Agreed. Even though I got Sony Vegas for free with my laptop, I still agree.

I don't have anything against Macs, really. I think that they're very nice looking machines that do their job well. However, it really does boggle my mind why anyone would get one. My friend has a $2300 Macbook pro-top of the line, it's really quite a quality laptop. However, my $1200 Sony Vaio does just as well, with the added bonus of actually being able to play games on it right out of the box. I dunno, if they were cheaper I'd consider one, but for now, I'm just a perplexed PC owner.

I GUESS I could leave something behind for an eye of ender...I'm not sure what. Put it in a chest in my house, I'll see if I can make space for it. Someone else is packing cacti, right? I shouldn't need those. Or maybe I'll get rid of that spare 10 mossy cobble...even though I love that stuff so much :(

Obsidian seems to be the one thing we're lacking. I suggest we take apart the two nether portals to rectify that. I know there's a large quantity of it in Witty's mine (at least there was), and there's one block in front of Ted's house, from when Binary blocked him in. Also, I agree with Dualjay-we shouldn't have /home or /warp. I really liked having a small community, I'd never been in anything like that. I'd really like to keep that.
