Eew, really? Personally, I hate both of those, when I'm rolling solly I usually use either my Lid, BMOC or Chieftain's Challenge...

I would just like to add here by saying that my first ever hat drop that I got was a lvl 69 Tossle...the game must've known how inherently l33t I was at Scout. (But seriously, I'm not all that bad at it...)

So I've heard many things about how certain hats are the mark of a true pro, or how "only pros can wear that hat". For example, apparently only pros wear the Troublemaker's Tosslecap and Essential Accessories together. Why is that? Why have some hats become stereotypical with being an amazingly good player?

And the price of a Bill's hat goes up about a key every 2-4 weeks or so...they're around 11 or 12 keys now, up from 7 in mid-Decemberish.

I remember when I first started playing (all the way back in September...) I wanted a Strange Backburner more than anything. I wanted it so much that I traded a Troublemaker's Tosslecap + 2 rec for it. People told me how stupid of a trade it was, but I don't care. I've made plenty of other dumb trades since, each for things that I really wanted. And you know what? I enjoy my backpack and playing the game that much more because of it.

I've opened 3 so far, it's possibly one of my favorite crates yet. I've gotten a S. KGB, S. SMG, and a Reggaelator. Not bad, imo.

I bought it yesterday, I managed to get it for about 25 bucks because I had a coupon and it was on sale. I'm going to be perfectly honest here-I wasn't expecting to like it. I'm not a big RPG'er, and this seemed like just another one of those. I was essentially peer pressured into getting it by my friends. After I'd downloaded Skyrim and discovered that TF2 wasn't working, I grudgingly decided to give it a try, at least for 20 minutes or so. About an hour and a half later, I realized, much to my surprise, that I was having a LOT of fun. I gotta say, I was skeptical at first, but Skyrim's a properly good game. Thankfully, TF2 works again for me now, so I can keep playing that...but now I'm going to be dividing up my time between college, TF2, Civ V, and now Skyrim...great. :woop:

I downloaded the Portal 2 soundtrack the other day, pretty sure I broke my computer by playing "Cara Mia" (the turret opera) and "Robots FTW" over and over and over again...

I once made the Cow Mangler 5,000 look good.

I once charged into a teeny little tunnel as a pyro with basically the entire enemy team in front of me. I deflected a huntsman arrow, a grenade, and a rocket with one airblast (still have no idea how I did that and will never be able to do it again) and got kills with all of them, had pretty much killed everyone, and was just about to make it to the other side, and therefore the control point...and then I got backstabbed.I also trolled a server by using solely Mad Milk and the Holy Mackerel. After 20 kills in one life, I got banned for "stealing kills"...

Ok, how do you get a key for it in the first place? The game looks awesome and I want to try to get in...

I don't think it's been announced yet. But that doesn't mean that we can't assume that the categories/rules aren't the same.

I want in, especially if we do the Octoheavy thing. Actually, I just want in. Shiny statue...

Probably won't get it, I spent WAY too much on indie bundles/steam games over the holiday season, my wallet's finally regaining some semblance of normality.
