  1. http://ttabvue.uspto.gov/ttabvue/v?pno=91202572&pty=OPP&eno=1Blizzard isn't really suing, they're just challenging Valve's copyright of the name "DOTA." Valve of course tried to copyright "DOTA" a while back, not "Defense of the Ancients" for what it matters. Even though Valve has Eul, the creator of the phrase, working at Valve, Blizzard still says they have the rights to it. According to Blizzard, their EULA for uploading a custom map to battlenet somehow gives them the rights to "DOTA." A EULA on the other hand can be challenged in court, since I could make a game with a EULA stating you have to give me a million dollars if agree to the terms. For PC Gamers, this is like Mommy and Daddy having a fight. Well I guess if Mommy starting whoring herself out for A Pimp Named Activision, and daddy is a fat guy who can't count to three.http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=462639http://kotaku.com/5883938/blizzard-and-valve-go-to-war-over-dota-nameIn other news, ID is suing Valve over TF2.
