So I want to try Disruptor but never played him before ever. Would it be okay to skip the 2nd and 3rd ranks of Static Storm, because it increases the mana cost for only a damage increase, which isn't the main point of Storm anyway? Also what would a good skillbuild be - I'd imagine one rank into each by level 3, but then what?

So my headphones are broken. They're like oldish satellite TVs with the dual antenna - If you move it out of a "Correct" position, everything gets fuzzy, or you only get partial signal. Likewise, my Headphones are perfectly fine except sometimes certain channels won't go through, such as all verbal parts of a song being gone if I move the wire up, or all bass going away if I were to move closer. If I shake the wire up and down - and only while the wire is in motion - I get full signal, but only for the moment that the wire is moving up/down. If it reaches the apex/anti-apex-whatever of me swinging it wildly, I'll lose the vocal bits again. What do
