So one of my AP Java buddies graduated last year, moved across the country to DigiPen. He flies back here every so often to hug his girlfriend and tell our programming teacher (and any incoming AP students) how actual programming is like. (The video is the DigiPen beta build. All DigiPen students must take part in making a video game, which DigiPen entirely owns. However, change the name and maybe some levels or some colors and bam you can start making money off of your work.)

It's 100% free. I don't know if they plan on continuing the concept, but until then, there's around an hour and a half of LSD platforming for free.

Yeah, a lot of the explosivelyimportant stuff is tucked in the pesterlogs. If you rush those you won't have much of an idea of what's going on. There is a complete Homestuck wiki that makes sense of everything, but if you want to avoid spoilers you will have to gouge your eyes out or something because they are literally everywhere in the wiki.

I told Teri and I think he squeee'd. He's been waiting for Tresdina ever since I told him what Duel does.

I hear he's either broken OP or completely useless based on his teammates. That being said we should 5man Elder Titan. Bonus points if, after the end of the game, you say "E.T. GO HOME." in all chat.

Gameplay first, with plot being an extremely close second. For me, the perfect game has to have good gameplay and plot. It's more of my expectations. For example, To the Moon just barely qualifies as gameplay, but the plot is amazing. But I knew coming in there wouldn't really be any gameplay to speak of, so I wasn't exactly disappointed. Dead Island, I expected great gameplay and great plot, but when both were choppy and a bit buggy, it was the meh gameplay that hit me the most, not the meh plot.
