A good fifth of my school is muslim and my best friend is too, and they're as peaceful as they can get.Unfortunately, it's a religion, and all religions have vocal minority extremists with negative IQs and access to weapons.I myself have absolutely nothing against any religion (The whole "extreme tolerance" thing I stand by), but there is always the vocal minority that really fucks everyone over.If I had it my way, the person that orchestrated that video be jailed for a minimum of 20 years, and anyone and everyone that had anything to do with the deaths of those 4 people be found guilty of murder and punished accordingly.I get that the backlashing communities were seriously pissed to the point of bloodlust, but when the fuck did those 4 americans do anything wrong to you?

Sounds like the entirety of the sounds directory is fragmented. While trying to get the sounds for the first time, it lags itself out because it's violently sifting through data for the sound. I'm assuming it doesn't do that after the first itme because it or a pointer is loaded into RAM, and can be found immediately. -Download GCFscape -Tools > Batch > Defragment. -Go to the Steam/steamapps Folder, Select all the GCF's because you might as well fix all the problems while you're here. If that still doesn't work, defragment through Steam and then your entire computer through a generic defragmenter.
