My first pre-order was a turning point in my life. BRINK. Jegus, the hype for that game was insane. I got roped in. Joined the forum. Became part of a cult that followed the BRINK Bible, which was a compendium of everything that was publicly released. Hell, I co-authored a fan fiction that spanned 21 pages and I still get nostalgic when I remember its ending. Then it came out. Oh, lordy I don't think I've ever been so insanely dissapointed in my life. Here's my advice: Never hype. Ever. A game isn't as good as they tell you, or the pictures are. It's as good as it is at release, or after the first week of updates. Until then, keep your expectations real. Torchlight 2 is the exception because they released the beta and it was the best weekend of my life.

I found this out the hard way.By violently launching it at my Quarry's gut. I wanted to see if I could look down the sights.The physics in this game are the best physics ever. I shanked someone with a scapel and they fly down the hallway.

My own spy-check paranoia really helps here.But then you get the weirdoes that aren't hunting you but follow your every move anyway. Just as I'm 100% sure they're hunting me and I ambush them, I kill them, only to find I've been fined for killing an innocent.Once, I was sure someone was hunting me, so I ducked into a bathroom and waited with a Blunderbuss ready. When she came out, she killed me first - but I was told that she wasn't even my hunter and I hadn't actually died yet. Paranoid stalkers, I tell ya.

This "romance" isn't actually a romance and no babby is formed. This "romance" is so society doesn't blow up. Go figure. AUSPISTICISM ♠ - Two rival trolls are practically trying to kill each other. Christ, I'd say that's very good progress. As you've seen, friendly bots are mentally challenged. Enemy bots have like map hacks and aim bots, I swear. The dragon thing is in fact Roshan. He's supposed to be a very challenging monster that requires the entire tteam to kill him, but as you can see, Skeleton King is one of the few heroes that is more than capable of killing Roshan alone. Roshan's rune that he drops is the Aegis of the Immortal. It's basically Skeleton King's Ultimate, but it'll work once on anyone, so as long as they hold the Aegis. Oh hell yes, caps lock leoric. This guy is my hero.

Jegus you read fast. Act 5 is where everything spirals out of control. You meet a ♥♥♥♥ton of new characters and get a ♥♥♥♥ton of apparently useless background info. Then the second half kicks in and everything makes sense and your mind is blown several times over.Also, :Cascade is in it and that's friggin awesome.

Er.Could not have said it better myself.The single most important thing to do is to never give up. Being bad sucks, and you'll be bad until you fully understand gameplay, and it really does take a lot of time.Though all of us can agree that learning DOTA with friends cuts down that learning-time to a tiny fraction of what it used to be if you went and learned on your own.EDIT: I also agree with Facade - Skeleton King is the easiest hero in the game, at least for newbies. He has only one skill, which achieves qiute a lot, and he's rather hard to kill.

Valve's tried to make pseudo prices for them. For each item, there is a rarity associated with it - Common, Rare, Mythical, so on and so forth. Since the whole idea of trading and items and cosmetics is only a week old, no one knows what anything is priced, but I think it'll be based around the rarities. Currency is probably going to be Scrap/Rec/Ref/Key/Bills/Bud because traders will be traders.

Right, so, I got Braid, Lone Survivor, and Super Meat Boy.The problem is that I already have Braid and Super Meat Boy, and I can't split the Steam Key into induvidual games.I guess I'll give away the key to whoever wants it most.

Drop system. Random, but a bigger total gameplay time means a better chance of a drop. The level 50 guy will get more drops than the guy who just installed. Dota 2 test is a test version where they actually test updates. Sort of like the Tf2 Beta, except Valve has yet to forget about this one.

At the same time.Now that you've finally gotten past an entire act of John running around his house, things pick up.And if you can read the lengthy pesterlogs, you're good. Though seeing as we all come from a forum for a forum for a hat simulator, we're all probably used to that by now.

This is what traders have been doing since trading existed. Look how that's worked out for them.

I'd prefer a blend of both, but with a focus on backstory. I won't like it if it's only one or the other.

Gameplay is good, just not omfgbestthingi'veeverseen. Plot is certainly there, but apparently it's more of a hit-or-miss with people liking it. To each his own.And, well, music is simply godly. I used Breaker's Bow and Scrap Musket.Breaker's Bow with damage and faster draw speed for constantly high DPS.Scrap Musket with high damage, tighter spread, and faster fire rate for a backup.Fire a quick Power Shot arrow, followed by a quick Musket to the face. Repeat until dead.
