5 wins. GET ON MY LEVEL.Hertz has ~20 and Cructo has ~50.It's just that I literally spent 120 hours on practice matches. No joke. I played ~30 practices before my first real game, read insane amounts of guides, commited the vital items/skills/tricks to memory, all this crazy stuff.And I still suck. Dota's a game where you literally can always ♥♥♥♥ up and you can always get better. My favorites are between Venomancer, Ursa, and Slardar.Venomancer because he's a sexy mofo and the poison is insanely good at first bloods/harrasing/tricking people into a false sense of security. His plague wards are also so amazingly versatile. They're why I first fell in love with Veno.Ursa because he's a massive power creep, but I haven't played him too much as of late. People often insta-lock carries, and I don't want to be the 3rd hard carry.Slardar because I needed to learn how to play someone that could stun and he does it beautifully. Incredibly versatile skillset.And then I hate Bane and Sniper and Zeus because thier ultimates are ♥♥♥♥ing bullshit.EDIT: Actually, Zeus has pretty shitty stats and a mediorce stat gain. He's all about abilty spamming.

Maybe only a fraction friendly fire. It'd suck to have the mage of the group nuke your face off because someone made a yo mama joke. I'm thinking more of a recurring miniboss, like Balrog from Cave Story.You'll be that annoying boss that almost died, says a few last words, and leaps to safety, only to challenge the player again like 5 times.We'd have to give you interesting movesets, though, or that'd get boring.

This sounds good.Various status effects such as posion and fire can be SPUFified.Fire = Flame'dSome sort of disable (Sleep, paralysis, frozen, whatever) = Sitting in Time outDead = Banned"Huffnapped" and "Troll'd" also sound like good status effects, but don't exactly line up with conventional status effects.

Eheheh, Hertz almost always hoards Clarities/Salves.At least that's only early game. Between worrying about the Night Stalker and keeping an eye out of that Riki, I wasn't any better off item-wise.It'd be much much worse if that was 30 minutes in.

This is what I aim for when I'm admining. People are just too srs about nonsrs and hilariously so. Just yesterday, someone got a votekick initiated against him just because he asked if he could fight. What I usually do if start a server-wide vote if they want any sort of non-srs fighting, like tauntkills or melee or low grav. It works well enough.

I'd do this. It's more relaxed than the first one, and allows for full SPUFserver goofing off.

I'm thinking all the people-that-know-what-they're-doing on Dire, newbies on Radiant. Give the newbies an easy time since they're new and such, maybe point out thing they could improve on and tell them how to thwart us.Afterwards, a more balanced team selection.

This. We can start off with maybe a single practice match so Gold knows what he's doing, then just leap into 5-man pubstomps for shits and giggles.

That poor silencer hated us so badly.And then after THAT match, I had one with my friend. Me as Veno + Huskar, Riki, Zeus, and Spirit Breaker versus Drow, Doom, Clinkz, Bloodseeker, and Night Stalker.I thought "Oh, up against 4 carries and a ganker? They'll never level up."And I was right. None of the carrys leveled and ended up feeding badly (The Night Stalker ragequitted at the 2-minute mark), but the god damn Bloodseeker got 30+ kills off our Huskar and Zeus and bought a Rapier.We finally wrestled it out of him and I took it, broke right down to thier ancient. Massive Gank, I lost Rapier. Blood retook rapier, we lost the game in no more than a minute afterwards.EDIT: Oh, and the funniest thing - that first match me and Hertz played had a Faceless Void named Fluttershy.Then a teammate noticed that and started an argument as to who was the best pony and Hertz flipped.

This, but it needs its own SPUF twist to it. And what thingy are we going to enter it in? Mostest pwnage sounds good for COD snipers. Ooh, I like it. It's nice and memorable. This gets my vote, but it'll need a shit ton of planning.

I'd talk a tiny bit on thier forums.Then maybe 3 years of irregular internet (Around here, I spent my time playing various MMO's)Then Roblox. Also chatted up thier forums, and some random derp poster talked about TF2, hooked me right away.Then TF2, and I've been lurking tf2SPUF for the better part of 2 accounts.Then just various forums related to games I'd play. I know I spent a fair bit on the MNC/SMNC forums, and Minecraft forums.And then well subSPUF.

Venomancer I'm usually a pretty good Ursa, but you took him first. I didn't think Venomancer and Ursa had so much synergy. *Notices the last post is about my very first match, a horrible failure.* Crap, I've come a long way. And subSPUF is sort of maybe small enough that it can slide. That one was buried under 5 weeks of crap anyway.

They're tradable, but they're sort of really expensive. I have no idea what they go for, though.
