Death Prophet wants a few major things: She wants to stay alive no matter what. Exorcism is insane damage, Crypt Swarm damage stacks up over time, and she wants to abuse it. She has 3 major ways of staying alive: Get a shit ton of health (duh)Get a shit ton of armor (duh)Get a shit ton of movement speed (To abuse witchcraft's movement speed buff)After that, she wants mana to keep the damage up. That's pretty much it. Death Prophet doesn't need anything fancy. Items to look out for: General use items: Drums, for early health, mana, and movespeedEuls, for mana, movespeed, and the tornado is great to keep you alive while Exorcism continuesScythe of Vyse, for mana and because it's literally always an amazing item.Rod of Atos is mana and health, and the slow is good offensively or defensively.Defensive items: Bloodstone, for maximum mana and some healthShivas, for armor and mana, plus the ice burst is good damage + slow + attack speed slow to keep carries off of youHeart for maximum not-dyingBKB, if there's a ton of stuns/slows/magic damage that threatens youPipe for the same reason, but if the magic threatens your teammates, they can't help you pushMek, same reasonOffensive Items: AC is good armor, keeps your team alive, and makes your exorcism hurt more (even against towers)Veil is good armor and makes your Crypt Swarm do more damage.Octarine Core is a great late game item that makes your crypt swarms come out even faster, and your Exorcism very speedy.Items to usually avoid: Blink is really mediocre unless you REALLY need an aoe silence. For the most part, your high movespeed will suffice, and you should be tanky enough to stay in the frontlines.Refresher doesn't actually help Exorcism a great deal because it will kill the first Exorcism in order to make the second. This is okay if you need tons of uptime though?Keep in mind that Death Prophet only uses like 2 crypt swarms early game. You don't need to rush an early Bloodstone, and the money can be better spent on more effective items. If you're doing great, I'd say go Arcane/Phase boots -> Euls -> late game items. If you're doing poorly, I'd say go Phase -> Drum -> Euls -> more defensive items like BKB.   Two last notes: Exorcism spirits prioritize whoever you're autoattacking, and all spirits instantly die when you die (and that means don't use exorcism if you have aegis)

Maybe a not-shitty version of dominion because control points is fun for nearly any game genre
