They probably meant that, but they literally said: "We’ve received word from Valve on the Leviathan Team Fortress 2 hat, and have informed us that the Team Fortress 2 team 'just doesn’t have the cycles to accommodate the Skullgirls TF2 hat'." They even tried to talk with Valve if they could manage something: "We haven’t given up – since the PC version and beta are still a few months away, we are currently investigating to see if the Team Fortress 2 team will have an opening in their schedule between now and then to see if we can salvage this." But Valve never said anything after that and the hats are now lost in limbo. Unless someone goes and prods Valve long enough, we will never see the hats.

Lab Zero, the creators of Skullgirls made several hats as TF2 promos for the Squiggly Kickstarter and Steam release of Skullgirls, they got a lot of positive votes on them and they had almost sure that they would be accepted. Then Valve told them 'They didnt had enough cycles to accept the hats' and didnt said anything else. So Lab Zero had to remove the hats from the extra stuff they would give. From there, it became a joke that Valve is without cycles when they dont do something that would take almost no work for no reason. (Adding asked for promos, community fixes, etc)

Today I had a dream I was drinving around with a girl and some guy, both that I've never seen. We were talking about finishing the math homework, so we decided to go to the girl's house to do it. I said I was going to my house to pick my books, but I never did, but I still got the books somehow. We reached the girl's apartment, the front door had this big ass sfi-fi body scanner, the one that checks you with lasers and stuff. After failing to pass the scanner three times (I was full of stuff in my pockets), a guard shows up and lets us pass. Before we reach the girl's apartment, we cross these labyrinth corridors and stairs, until we reach her room. We all sit down and they asked me to see my book. I said 'You guys ready for this?', then pulled out a book that had the cover of an angel, but the face was ripped off and there was a drawing of a pony's face on it. I looked around the pages and most were non-sensical, Tim Burton-ish figures, I never remembered of drawing these. One of the figures took my attention though, it was basically completed, it was a zombie-like girl with short hair, sewed up lips and feathers on her hair, I even made a remark of how I should've added another feather on it. Then my brother screamed for me to wake up.

Really? Every time you fall off the map, you are teleported to another player/bot. Not all heists do that though, Firestarter day 1 actually has a floor under the map that you can run around.

It annoys me that everyone calls the trilby a fedora. Still, unless you are some italian mobster and have the right body to match it with a nice suit, it looks like shit. The first time I saw someone actually using a trilby was 6 years ago during college, there was this guy on my room that ALWAYS wore it, he looked way too stupid, he was really thin and used these plaid shorts with a painted all-stars. At least he wasnt the only one who looked stupid, there was this girl, she was very cute and really short, the shortest in class, she had a pretty blonde hair and sparkling blue eyes, but one day she decided to go full edgy and started to come to school with a long black overcoat, knee high boots, cat-eye orange contact lenses, bright orange fake nails and dyed her hair orange. Man, she looked ridiculous.
