UZI can reach 40 damage and 18 accuracy, Kobra has lots of ammo and average damage, but low accuracy and high recoil. Dunno about the new SMG from the last DLC

New Humble Bundle. Has games that..... not interest me at all. Tesla Effect: A Tex Murphy Adventure, Always Sometimes Monsters and Insurgency (+ 3 copies to share) for $1 (Plus you get Full Mojo Rampage if someone redeems the Insurgency gift), Euro Truck Simulator 2, Blackguards, and GRID 2 for the average (plus some other games next tuesday, about $6 right now) and Saints Row IV for $12 (Regular Saints Row IV, not the GOTC Edition that comes with all DLC) I dunno really, think I'll get the $1 pack and if something good gets added, I'll increase the donation later.
