I decided to play Paranautical Activity (or something like that, that game from the guy that threw a fit, theatened to kill Gaben and then Valve removed his game from Steam). Its bad. I looked around and it seems that people that got this error never got a real solution. They say that the first thing to do is go to Steam > Settings > Downloads and click the Steam Library Folders button, then click the "Add Library Folder" button and select the folder with your installed games. Otherwise delete everything on Steam folder but the SteamApps folder, UserData folder and Steam.exe and start Steam so it redownloads.

This game looks cool. I think the Discovery Queue was one great addition to Steam, my wishlist got past 120 because of it.

You know, I think Valve is changing every politics from stuff they are losing money. The latest Dota 2 chest is out, but you cant trade or market the contents until Feb, 2015. They probably saw that players were selling the lame sets for less than a crate is worth, like TA's MC Hammer set or PA's Massive Sideburns set going for less than $2 the same day the crate was released. And then there is the thing with the TF2 costumes. At least they dont decide the games discounts.
