They are considered different weapons. Basically, you use 2 pistols (Deagle, Bernetti, Crosskill or Pocket Chimano) as a primary and you still carry a secondary. Mods you put on the secondary dont carry over, so you have to mod them again. They also occupy another weapon slot and you cant put sights on them. The Hitman Deck is centred on 'Your armor recovers 10/20/30/40% early, but you have 10/20/30/40% less armor' and increases the ammo and stability on Akimbo. They could add more stuff on Akimbo later, but they need to add more weapon slots now, I only have one primary slot left. Also, my game crashed and I lost all my Deck levels. Thanks based Almir.

Risk of Rain was updated today, 10 new items, 2 new classes (Heavy Loader and Robo-Chef) and 6 new challenges. Also a shit load of glitches because they updated the game engine.

Oh double post, but I noticied they fucked up with the armor dodge chance. Every armor but the plain suit and ICTV has 0 dodge change, the suit has 10 and the ICTV has -50, that means you can use the CTV and still have 30% dodge chance with the Rogue deck. People are getting mad.

Getting the ICTV gives far more tecnical health than having the regen. The first tier is a joke, 1 HP point for each 3 minutes.

I played a bit and the perk decks work like this: You get 1 perk point for each 1000 exp points you get from now own. Each Perk level costs 100+(100*tier) points, so tier 1 costs 200, tier 2 costs 300 and so on. Actually no. First tier is 200, second is 300, third is 400, then the fourth is 600, fifth is 1000, sixth is 1600 and I dont know the rest. Every 2 skills are the same for all perk tree (headshot damage, concealment+exp+moviment speed, armor bag and +5% damage and medibag interaction speed) You cant respec them, but while you dont fill the entire circle, you can get the points back.
