Fallout 1 and 2 are one style of game, 3 and NV are another. Tactics is yet another style, I think it was set outside the canon storyline 2 and NV are said to be the best ones because they have more features and better gameplay, but it doesnt makes the others bad. Although FO3 is REALLY unstable and you should search for some fixes and mods before trying to play.

Charisma is really useless on both FO3 and NV, since there are really few checks that use (and they are either useless or you can still pass the check with another skill), you are better off putting points in INT and using the extra skill points to level speech and barter On FO3 it makes speech checks easier and on NV increases companion damage by 5% per point

I had a rather cool dream today. I was one of the Old West lawbringers and I was going into a mine to free a bunch of slaves. My arsenal were 4 magical revolvers, 2 were non-lethal revolvers that I only needed to open and close the cylinders to reload them, since they only needed air to shoot. The other was a long, silver-ish revolver that was actually made out of porcelain, but was far stronger than steel and accurate as a sniper. The last one was my favorite, was called 'The Jackpot', it was a mix of a revolver and a slot machine, every time I pulled the hammer, the cylinder, that was divided into 3 parts' would spin like a slot machine and if I got a jackpot, I would get better bullets. Not getting a combination would give 6 normal bullets, a weak combination would give 6 higher caliber bullets, medium and high combinations would give stuff like faster bullets, wall and armor piercing, explosive and fire rounds, it was amazing Also I killed a lot of people.

I got most the missions by using the Nuke body. Somehow killing yourself counts as 'Kill x enemies without letting the fire button go'

What exactly is that? Luftrausers, its a really cool 2D plane shooter. You have these missions that once you complete enough, you get new parts (Weapon, body and thrusters) to mix into a plane you like. After you complete all normal missions, you unlock the insane mode missions, complete all them and you get a secret part. If you use the 3 secret parts at the same time, you get to use the aircraft carrier as a plane, although it take 70% of the screen and its slow as shit, making dodging basically impossible. The best part of the game is the soundtrack though, each plane part changes an instrument on the background.
