I was using the ultimate Specter shotgun with 2 Rail extensions + Cyro bullets, they would 1 hit-kill pretty much everything but the Geth Primes, but the Pistol + Marksman is amazing too. As for Dragon Quest, I'll guess you also married Bianca? You are playing the DS version, I assume.
