You should look around the Nexus to get the unofficial fixes. It fixes some stuff like crashes and glitched quests.

People cant connect to Steam, those who did cant see their friends list, cant download games, cant use the Steam Cloud, cant see games they just bought, cant buy games or see Steam community with the Steam client. Its happening for 1 hour already, people that were already connected can use the friends list just fine, it seems.

Its working fine for me. Did you tried to check if it works on a browser? These days steam was getting DNS problems to lots of people. If you cant access Steam Community from both client and browser, try to change your DNS setting.

There wont be much diference if the plays the second one first.
