Well, I have to say, when I first played Fallout 3, I was a total noob about perks and builds. (I even got one of that perks that increase 2 skills by 5 points )I always made an 'all-around' char and never really saw Sneak as a useful skill (I was SERIOUSLY wrong about it), my weapons were Chinese Assault Rifle, Sniper Rifle and Dart Gun, since it made Deathclaws a joke. I dont remember why I disliked the Terrible though. I think it was the spread, I liked using the Shotgun at medium ranges.As for melee weapons, at least on Fallout 3, I think they were useless. On New VegasI made a high Agi/high Luck char, the Hunting Shotgun is amazing on medium ranges, I didnt used to like the Anti-Materiel because of the weight and lack of silencer like the Sniper Rifle, after I got the GRA version, I just loved it.As for Melee in New Vegas, they got really useful, I play on hard myself (the one after 'Normal') and the Sledges/Fire Axes special attack on VATS is amazing, it stuns and knocks down ANY enemy and a VATS combo can hit even if the arent close to you.

I used the regular Combat Shotgun the entire time on Fallout 3, didnt like the Terrible one because of how fast it breaks.As for my favorites on Fallout 3, The Railway Rifle and Lincoln's repeaterIn New Vegas its a bit hard to pick a favorite, but the ones I love are the Anti-materiel Rifle, Dinnel Bell, YCS/186, Knock Knock and Pushy

Maybe terrible oppenents, one game I was the only one of both teams to go to the Annihilator, on other at least 2 enemies and me along 2 allies fought for it and on other game I was the only one destroying the bots, of course I cant take 3 Jackbots alone.

Megabeth. Just... holy shit. Its like a female Soldier on steroids. Picked her up to see how it was, toped the scoreboard, 15 kills, no deaths, 4 dominations (one of the other team left after I killed him three times). Seriously, huge damage at both direct hits and splash damage, fast reload, a AoE skill that stuns Pros, bots and turrets with high damage ad its fairly easy to hit. I had a Combat Girl healing me, only I and her stoped 4 enemy pros from advancing.

I'm getting huge Battlefield vibes from this. Freaking heli controls.Also, tried the control points mode, a map with 3 CPs.Oh god, the spam on point A. So many grenades, discs, mortals, fractal grenades. Got 22 kills with blind spam.

Hm....Tell you the truth, I love the Dragon Quest series.Started with VIII on the PS2, played it until almost all chars but Jessica were lvl 99. It was the best version, the transformations, skills, characters.
