TIAM IV: Guydiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Cockmongler
Moby replied to Raison d'être's topic in General Discussion
SCP Foundation went to shit after it became popular and was swarmed by kiddies trying to be edgy and spoopy. -
I never played any Persona other than 3 (and halfway of the FES extra story). My PS2 stopped working right when Persona 4 was released, but then I got a Xbox 360, so I never got back to it. And I yet have to play a 2016 game. Being a neet sucks, maybe I should roll up some shovelware game and get a few bucks out of it. There is hope for getting a real job later this year, who knows. Anyway, got back to play Oblivion. Good game, but holy shit, I feel like this game aged pretty badly.

I still dont know why this image is on my portable drive, but not on my Steam screenshots. I guess some people already know the story, but it was my first and only unusual. Got it from the free Christmas keys from the 2010 event. It looked nice, but the novelity wore off pretty fast. I traded it for a bunch of hats (16 or so) one or two months later, two of them being a Vintage Pickelhaube and a Blighted Beak. Some time later, the first Saxxy Awards started. Clovernoodle, a semi-famous Gmod youtuber was asking in the forums for people with these 2 items. I never said that I was going to help, only that I had the items. He put me on the team anyway. "Oh well, I guess I gotta help him now." After weeks of stuggling with the replay system, we managed to finish this masterpiece (of shit), Clovernoodle had made all his videos private, but now he made them unlisted. Honestly, I have no idea how we won. Some other videos were far better, but I remember some used external editing and even SFM in one case. Anyway, a chocolate Saxton covered in gold foil. The novelity wore just as fast.

Dark times indeed Didnt meant to start an old pic posting, but it works. Was looking around my old screenshots and its hard to believe some of these happened 5-6 years ago.

Meanwhile, 5 years ago... (Does anyone around still plays this? Did the Pyro update ever happen? Or any update other than CSGO crates? Did Valve release the last comic?)

They are also giving away packs with 20 characters to everyone, there are 4 to choose: Tanks, Supports, Damage and Mixed. Actually they are giving you enough gems to purchase one pack, and when you get one, the others are disabled. And the problems with the boxes on HOTS is that you can get stuff for the heroes you dont own. My first box had a legendary skin for Auriel. The game is quite fun, even simplier than League, but most heroes have unique mechanics to them. There is even a hero that needs to be played by 2 players at the same time.

More crossover stuff will be added, it seems. Next week will give a D.Va cop skin and on the 4th week you will get 10 chests on both games.

For anyone that plays Overwatch, you can get a Genji Oni costume by playing Heroes of the Storm. 5 rounds of any mode while playing with a friend, I think.

I should give Planetside another shot, I got to play a bit years ago and it was like 'SO MUCH TO SEE SO MUCH TO DO', crashed a few planes, glitched a bunch of times, killed some purple guys, crashed more planes due bad/weird controls, killed some red guys, died a lot more.... Then I hit the grindwall for everything else and I just nope'd due my past trauma with Tribes Ascend. The last thing I saw was two planes getting glued together, doing a flip and exploding at base.

I remember the hype when Destiny was going to be released. I never played Destiny, but people say Warframe did it better. I think I became quite numb to hype this last decade. Its publishers go and hype the game to be better than X game, or that its going to be the best thing evur, only to crumble at release. I just give some minor attention to a game I'm interested, check the reviews and gameplay at launch and if its good then I'll wait a few years for the price to drop. The only game I'm waiting right now is that one about equines beating the shit out of each other

Speaking of self destruction, Activision seems to be trying to catch up with all the money they lost to Battlefield 1. They announced a new WW2 Call of Duty, seems like all that fuuuuuuture war didnt sold that well.

I'd say that Konami at least took a while to start shooting themselves in the foot, when they canceled Silent Hills. After that though, it was a snowball. The whole mess with Kojima and Metal Gear, turning Metal Gear into a zombie survival game, the pachinko machines and whatever else they are doing now. Which is funny because after Resident 7 did well, being pretty much PT, people hoped Capcom would get back up. I think Capcom set the first flag after they canceled Megaman Legends 3 (and basically the Megaman franchise as a whole). Then came a whole bunch of mediocre Resient Evil games and the mess that was Street Fighter x Tekken, filled with Disk-locked content and microtransactions. And after that the disaster known as Street Fighter 5. Well, I had this small shard of hope that the new MvC would be good. But they went 'haha nope, its just SF5 again'. Edit: Just to give another blow to Capcom, the original Marvel vs Capcom had 22 characters, those being 15 originals (Captain America, Gambit, Hulk, Spider-Man, Venom, War Machine, Wolverine, Captain Commando, Chun-Li, Jin, Mega Man, Morrigan, Ryu, Strider, Zangief), and 7 secret (Orange Hulk, Orange Venom, Roll, Golden War Machine, Shadow Lady, Lilith and the Boss Mode), aside the 20 unique assist characters. Hell, Ryu was basically 3 characters in one, since he had 3 modes (Ryu, Ken, Akuma). And to finish the shitfest, it will be the first MvC game without Wolverine and Spiderman. It seems Marvel lost all the rights to Spiderman and XMen or any character that can be called 'mutant'.

New Marvel vs Capcom stuff released >Bland artstyle, the comic look from MvC3 is gone >Amazing dumbed down controls, inputs now are like Super Smash Bros >Gameplay based on making infinite combos easy >Release rooster has only 14 characters >No X-Men >6 DLC packs already announced >First character Pass makes 6 characters hostage, one of them being the fucking boss of the game >Reused models Capcom what the fuck, didnt you learn anything from Street Fighter x Tekken and Street Fighter 5

Alright then, I dont know what I was checking yesterday, and I saw that Valve was releasing a real version of the 5-year Veteran coin from CSGO. The FAQ said all your account needed was not have a VAC ban to receive it ingame, then I wondered why I didnt recieved it yet. Maybe it was because that old as hell trade ban from years ago? Made a ticket asking if the trade probation had anything to do with it and if they could update the warning so it didnt sound like I was banned yesterday. I log in today to see that they answered the ticket and removed my trade probation. I'm amazed. -
Saints Row 2 free on Steam and GOG. Also, if you own any Saints Row games on Steam, you can add them on your GOG account for free if you link your GOG account to your Steam account.

I barely played Bad Company 2. I managed to play a few rounds here and there, but most servers I found were pretty deserted. Also, my stats werent saving for some reason, so every time I left the game, my rank and unlocks were reseted.

I think I saw so many games on the Steam discovery queue that I'm reaching the literal bottom of the barrel. I got around 6 or so games from 2014-2016 with 'Negative' or 'Mostly negative' scores, 3 which involved: boobs, 'horror', free Unreal engine assets, terrible controls and really low prices. One of them had a nVidia 980 as 'recommended'. Surely enough, the game didnt had graphics configuration and was locked to 1080p. I'm sorry, but even my game demo had graphical settings and that was made in fucking Unity.

CELT MAGIC FORCE GHOST

Yep.

That because you have to finish the game twice to unlock the real ending/playthrough, I believe.

So, Platinum Games/Sega made 8-Bit Bayonetta for Steam. Yeah, funny joke and all that. But then, if you look at the achievements pictures, they merge to show a link. http://www.sega.com/14111219 Hype for Bayonetta 1 on PC? Dont seems like Baynetta 2 will ever come to any other console/PC, but with the Wii U emulator getting pretty stable, that wont be a problem in a year or so.

Fucking hell. Everyone trusted Adult Swim and they backstabbed everyone. Instead of airing the new episode of Samurai Jack, they aired a looping Rick and Morty episode for THREE HOURS and delayed Samurai Jack to the next week. I expect quite a bit of annoyed people over this.
