Talking about Fate, I saw a fighting game where Saber is on of the playablee characters, along a bunch of visual novel characters I never saw. Yuki from Gakkou Gurashi is a supposrt character for some reason.

​The main problem with adaptations is censoring and appealing to mainstream weebs, making it full of fanservice or adding fillers to milk it for longer. See: Naruto, Toriko, Fairy Tail, Soul Eater Jojo and One Piece are the only ones I know the adaptation was good, Jojo actually removed a few filler parts from the manga and One Piece has really few filler arcs, which dont take long to end, although the anime is going at a glacial speed lately.
