Apparently Dragon Quest VIII will released for 3DS with bonus dungeons and 2 new characters. And I still dont have a 3DS because I'm waiting for the price of the New 3DS to drop.

He is a massive pain, but he was far worse before, when he would teleport far more often and regenerate his health. There is no secret really, you just gotta shoot him when he shows up, although will be hard to do alone or with low modded weapons. You can mark him with G so you know where the fucker is when he teleports or goes invisible though. Also watch out because he has a grapple attack that can instakill you if you have low health. Reading my last posts really shows how my opnion about this game changed after they made the grinding easier. The weapon that I was talking about on one of my older posts was the Kraken, it used to take 5x more resources, the blueprint costed 40k rather than 20k, it took 3 days to get ready instead of 24h from now. When I got back to it 2-3 months ago, and found out I had resources to make it (something I didnt had 2 years ago), I finally got to build it. Its meh.

​Resource requirements from about everything was reduced from thousands to a few hundred, some may need a thousand of a resource, but only a few weapons have absurd requirements now (Kohmak and Akjagara come in mind, the first requiring 5000 of an uncommon resource and the second needing 6 different weapons to be crafted, you spend around 210k credits and a thousand of different resources in total). Resources are far more common too, you get them in bigger bulks and usually doing one or two farming sessions is enough to get them, that only doesnt applies to rare resources, where you still get one at a time, sometimes 2, neurodes are a pain to get due this, a bigger problem is that MANY of the first weapons you can craft need 2-5 of them. Also, dont buy the Steam starter packs, its not worth it at all, you can get far more by waiting for a 75% platinum discount and buying a pack with the same price.

I'd say that the hardest frame to get is Vauban, since you can only get his parts from the random alerts, followed by Mesa, that drops from a hidden boss that takes a special key to fight (which you craft from finishing a quest, plus getting 3 coordenates from infested invasions), then Limbo, Mirage and Chroma, which all require quests to be made.

​When I started playing newbies didnt get anything, but I still got 50 plat when I got back to it. Since you were able to get both frame and weapon slots, I guess you did get 50 plat too. Yeah, the Paris is a pretty good starting weapon, stays strong for a long time, but I like the Dread better, since it can hit 150% critical chance with the right mods. Man, you are in the same spot I was for a few weeks when I started, although I had the Braton because Paris wasnt released when I started. I think new players start with 50 free platinum, which I would suggest to buy a new frame slot and 4 weapon slots or just two frame slots. I could give you stuff you could sell, but trades require Mastery Rank 2 and a few credits

​Kinda hard to fuck up, unless you are trying high level missions with the starting equipment. I played it at first 2 years ago, right after it got into open beta, but I stopped because the grinding was much worse back then, with MANY of the first weapons you could build taking thousands of resources and some you could only get on way later planets. Also because unlocking slots for weapons and frames requires platinum, which the paid currency, although you can trade for it, just do a bunch of Void missions and you will find prime parts you can trade to other players. I got back to it 2 months ago or so and got a lot done. If you get lucky and get a 75% discount on platinum from a daily login reward, you can pick the $10 pack (370 platinum I think) or the $25 (1000 plat) and buy several slots, 12 plat for 2 weapon/sentinel slots and 20 for a frame slot. Goddamnit, my internet pisses me off. Playing Warframe, doing a defense mission that could reward me with the last part of a frame I want. Superb team, everyone was doing great, we got to the 20th wave, the one that could give me the part. Almost every enemy of the wave is dead, the map is colored red which means there are less than 5 enemies alive. Suddenly, one of the players start to walk in place. "Oh goddamnit no", I thought. Three seconds later: "The connection to the host timed out". Internet returns right after the message. Cant return to the mission unless I alt-f4 out of the game. Get back to squad 15 seconds later. They already had finished the mission and extracted. The part I wanted dropped. What I got after getting disconnected in the last 5 second: nothing. God fucking damnit, I couldnt even believe how hard murphy's law had happened. One of my teammates actually gave me his reward because he already had the frame, he just wanted it to sell.
