Also, mild annoyance, but I they dont stop drinking coffee and taking naps instead of actually going to sleep. It got so bad that Moose was actually dazed for several hours due coffee overdose.

I think its turned on, but I dont remember how much time aging takes on 4, just checked on the Wiki, it takes 80 days on Long to age from young Adult to Adult, then another 80 to age to Elder then a variable amount of days to die from old age. Either way, I can buy youth potions with the points they get. Unless you guys want me to keep it on medium to see who goes further (20 days each stage).
