Link between worlds is great, but without 3d, some puzzles requiring depth perception can be really hard.

I would use modeling putty (something like tamiya) for the larger blemishes, I would assume it will work the same on styrofoam.

Can it be animated armor? It will be kinda cool if the eyepiece is square with KITT's scanner.
