To prevent SPUFPUF from eventually becoming SPUF, I propose the following: [*]The forum is CLOSED from the public. They can still view shit, but they can't make accounts. [*]Whenever somebody that already has an account here REPS somebody on SPUF, it starts to fill up a meter that, when full, invites them to make an account here. Members of SPUFPUF would also be able to DE-REP people which wouldn't actually affect their rep count but would take points away from their meter. [*]SPUFPUF members would also be able to invite people directly, but they'd have to pass evaluation (all other SPUFPUF members would hold a vote to determine weather or not they should be let in).
