That was too close.

I only backed it up after the second stage, which reduced me to 3 health. The final stage took me 3 tries. The file is in Documents>My Games>FasterThanLight. I don't remember what it's called but you might as well just back up the whole folder.

I beat it for the first time recently . The final fight seems much easier after you've beaten it once. Also the Federation Cruiser is OP.
