So, I've done some poking at our tickets. First of all, I only counted 11, not 12. Maybe binary's the 12th. Secondly, I believe the first part of the number on each ticket is a hex code. The binary part of the number translates to a single letter. Many letters are shared by multiple people. All of which seem to be in a slightly different position. I don't really know where to go from here. I'll pass the reins to someone else.
