  1. FUCK YEAH SIMON AND RICHTER BELMONT
I JUST CAUGHT THE DIRECT AND MAN AM I PUMPED

Ever since we got Snake in Brawl I was like, "Hey if Konami's on board can we get Simon Belmont" and Not only did I get one, but TWO BELMONDOS YEYEYEYEYEYEEEEEEE

  2. Octopath is a great dense JRPG that feels like I'm playing a popup book. Most of the characters are charming and it's scratching that traditional JRPG itch.

    Can also recommend,

Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze for a great platformer.

Splat2 the squidkid and now octokid online shooter.

Mario XCOM (Rabbids) if you can get over the rabbids inclusion.

Hyrule Warriors for infinity leveling grind mash buttons to do cool attacks.

Bayo2 for Platinum action die a lot combat.

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, featuring two Links for some reason.

Kirby Star Allies, even if it's the easiest one in the series it's Same Ol Kirby.

And a slew of indie and not-indie titles that you can have on a turbo charged Gameboy now.

  3. After a longish break I've jumped back in, and a million hours of Orokin Derelict Survival later I've finally built Octavia.

Time to stop playing the game and start playing with chiptunes.

Also how does the Kuva stuff work, I fumbled around and it kept telling me to hit "5" to do the thing, but I couldn't figure out what I was supposed to do.

Also Rhino/Boltor Prime re-releasing is exciting for me, because that's what my buddy who used to play kept going on about before he stopped, but they were vaulted/expensive.

  4. I'd be up for a Salmon Run stack if the opportunity presents itself.

It's a great way to get a bunch of money with those 16/32k money bonuses.

It's gonna suck having to pay to play online, but at least we're finally getting cloud backups.

Because at the moment there's no way to back up saves.

  5. I picked up Megalo Box and caught up with this week's episiode.

This is exactly my kind of thing, it's so good.

I just hope it ends strong, but so far it's shaping up to be one of my favorites.

  6. On 5/30/2018 at 9:22 PM, Expresate said:

West Coast? The song is pretty clear about where it's set. Vault 76 was even mentioned in Fallout 3.

    Fug, I meant East.

The East Coast where the remains of the US military want to poison the only source of fresh clean water,

The Brotherhood of Dumb evolves into Enclave level fascists flying around in a murderblimp,

Mutants are downgraded from dumb but high functioning to 99% braindead savages,

Raiders are downgraded from actual factions to groups of themed enemy types,

Teams of scientists make androids just to fuck-with/replace people instead of doing something productive,

Rare and highly regulated pre-war power armor is just laying around all over the place so much so that raider gangs regularly have a set,
and Disney world somehow has power armor invented on the West coast after the apocalypse sealed in a pre-war vault.

I don't expect great lore or narrative from Beth-Fallout games.

But I would probably have fun with a big dumb third person action game like Fallout: Horizon Zero Dawn.

Since they said it was a spinoff and everything.

  7. Fallout 4.5 on the "Everyone is a stupid" west EAST coast again.

I accept Fallout 3 and 4 for what they are, but It's hard to get excited for another Post Apoc Dungeon crawler.

Unless they write a cohesive story and ditch all the settlement stuff I'm probably going to give it a pass.

  8. So with the announcement of America Monster Hunter Double Cross (Generations Ultimate) I'm going back and finishing up Gen for that sweet save import action.

And surprisingly, after playing about a hundred hours of MHWorld, it's still easy to jump back into.

I thought I'd miss the quality of life stuff from World a lot more, but nah.

  9. Finally did the long process of Jailbreaking my WiiU for homebrew, and the vWii mode by extension.

Hooked up a 1tb drive to it and now I've got WiiU/Wii/Gamecube/Emulators all running on the same box.

I tell you, Paper Mario TTYD looks great when piped over HDMI and not shitty composite cables.

I guess I could've used dolphin, but I like being able to run things on the WiiU's tablet.

  10. Finished the War Within Quest, it's like they decided to throw a different game in the middle of this one.

    Good Quest.

Also did Octavia's quest, the finale is cool.

Also have a Hydroid being manufactured and I'm excited for that.

  11. So I did end up finding one Lotus mission, but it was for an Anniversary scarf.

Made it to Mercury, hit 30 on Excalibur and a couple weapons, and built my own Yux drone.
I just hit mastery 3 and now I've  got a couple of new guns forging, The Boltor skeleton rifle and the better version of the Flintlock Automatic.

  12. I know some of these words

I bought rabbit ears, a shotgun, and an automatic flintlock pistol.

The file folder icons are just generic money right?

And the silver coins are premium coins.

And where do I find those gift of the lotus missions?

  13. I played Warframe for the first time today.

Zero to Zandatsu in five seconds.

The game with the Flippy space Ninjas is fun even if I have no idea what I'm doing.
