Find your motherboard's user manual online to find where all the connectors are, and maybe follow a youtube tutorial. Also make sure the fan is actually moving heat outside of the case. EDIT: Also if the PSU has a switch on the back to change the incoming voltage (in NA its mostly 110V and in europe its 220V or so) make SURE you have it set to the right voltage.
