Haven't played SR3, so I couldn't really tell you how it compares. That said, you couldn't run at Flash-speed, groin-kick people 30 feet in the air, or wall-run up skyscrapers in SR3. Just something to keep in mind. The story is garbage, sure, but who really cares when it gives you so many cool powers to play with?
