Haven't played SR3, so I couldn't really tell you how it compares. That said, you couldn't run at Flash-speed, groin-kick people 30 feet in the air, or wall-run up skyscrapers in SR3. Just something to keep in mind. The story is garbage, sure, but who really cares when it gives you so many cool powers to play with?

With his design document in hand he entered Valve headquarters with confidence, knowing that they would appreciate how much effort he had put into it. He was promptly ejected from the building when Gabe Newell noticed that the class only had one hat, a sensibly colored stovepipe. Sir Donald was dismayed, and rather confused as to why anyone would want any other kind of hat. Oh well, at least he got to keep the model stovepipe he had sewn himself!
