I dreamed that TF2 got an update that turned it into...well, an MMO, I guess. It added a hub world that integrated many of the maps, where you could take control of one of the nine classes and do...not much of anything. You just wander around interacting with other players, and the characters will sometimes say some line relevant to the location and other classes that are nearby. It wasn't great. Most of the dialogue was generic dream gibberish, and you had to walk all the way to a particular map if you wanted to join a game on it. But hey, at least it was an update!

I think I know what you mean. There are a couple of effects in this game that literally make my eyes hurt. Winston's electricity is a particularly bad offender, filling the screen with purple flashy lightning and blinding me from the rest of the fight, all while four different ultimates are going off nearby simultaneously...

I'm still not sure whether I'll get it. I like the artstyle, but point-and-click games have never really appealed to me. Still, it's nice to know that it still exists, and even has a pretty-close release date.

Steam says the price of the Vive is reduced, but wasn't it always $600? Anyway, that's still too steep for something that is 80% likely to make me motion sick. Still seems like some cool shit, and I'd love to try it out and see how well it works on me. Does anyone have a Vive or a rich friend I can borrow? EDIT: I'll also need a new graphics card, and a bigger room. I'll give them back when I'm done, promise.
