I played 2 human matches when I first started. I've played nothing but bot matches since.

Does it have a wireless card? Depending how old it is, most systems didn't. See if you can't find a wired connection for it. Alternately, move your existing router to the same room, and connect the other computers to it via wireless.

It's still fairly unoptimized, have you tried turning your settings all the way down?

Question: What size is that RAM stick? I see nothing wrong physically, but symptoms in electronics aren't that easy to tell on a physical level. The PSU is going to be the cheapest to start with, I'd recommend buying one from a local Best Buy. Make sure they will let you return it if it dosen't work out. (Most will). If it works, it works, and its fixed. If it doesn't, he can return it, and then there's one less thing to check.
