Finally beat it (as far as they've gotten anyway) last night. My thoughts:I like:StoryAmbienceGunsGraphicsThe power stations. The way that you get alien blood over your guns. ShotgunCrowbarThey really did great with this, and it certainly seems worth the wait. They've borrowed some of the best things from other sources games, and put them all into this. I never played the original, but I've heard this captures it very well. Oh, and suit power stations. I don't know what it is, but it is one of my favorite models in any game I have seen. The mood was great, the levels look great, the guns feel great, everything is amazing. Except... I didn't like:Jumping puzzles. The dang assasins. I certainly attempted most of these, but I just ended up no clipping past most of them. And then there's these speedy little red glowy eyed annoyances. I used up a large portion of my ammo on them. Not saying I think they're a bad idea, but they legitimately annoy me.

Pfffthaahahahahahaha! New second favorite game company.

Alright, now that I've seen what it actually looks like, I can say I'm impressed. It certainly looks great, and looks well designed for controlers. If I had money for another computer and a controler, I would use it.

The only issue is that most people have a computer for doing work/school stuff, and gaming's nice on the side. You can only afford 1 gaming computer, would you really hook it up to your TV and type from the couch?
