Was pretty good. Just saw it this morning. Sprung for 3D, because I've heard it was worth it. And it kinda was. #D is finally not gimicky as it used to be, and is actually a plus. I enjoyed it. Robots were well animated, suits were cool, visual effects were great. The plot was eh. Interesting but slightly predictable. The mech fights were understandably awesome. AKA Its Always Raining in the Future: The Movie. I enjoyed it, but it was not AWESOME.

I. I made alts for the other empires. I feel so dirty. [spoiler2]Yeah, just wanted to get a feel for the other factions weapons. None of them really felt that great. Vanu were, as expected, wimpy lazer gun things. The no gravity thing is nice though. I like the look of the NC's guns, thats about it. TR still best empire.[/spoiler2]

I still have the trophy I think. We aught to either finish the existing brackets, or have cube and Grobag go for the championship.

So, its like a robot building game, but its really actually quite good. It's still in REALLY Alpha, and it's a bit price=y, but if this turns out as they're planning, it looks like it'll be a ton of fun. Think KSP mixed with Spore. You get unlimited parts to build any sort of robot you want. It includes motors, elbow joints, fins, jets tires, cameras speakers, lasers, firsts, the whole 9 yards. And each one of those is programmable through a nice graphic-based progaming setup. It takes some time to get used to, but once you figure it out, it opens up a lot of options. THere's supposed to be some multiplayer as well. Have a video: I will warn you, it is $30 for early access, which is a bit steep. Still worth keeping an eye on, though.
