I finally defeated the flagship with the kestral. On easy mode. It couldn't stand my breach bombs II and laser mark III. almost fully upgraded engines, level 4 shields, a rockman, slug and engie doing nothing but repairing, putting off fires and killing anything that dared to enter the ship.
