The people behind Texas seceding are trying to use the UK leaving the EU to try and push their own "Texit" movement, nevermind the fact that Texas - along with all the other Confederate states - lost their right to secede.

Yeah, I saw the "Brexit" results. I'm not all that informed of what all being a member of the EU gets the UK, so I can't really say much other than I think that leaving isn't a good idea. It seems, though, that people are hoping the UK leaving the EU gets Scotland to attempt another independence referendum, because Scotland had majority Remain votes.

Uhh, I was thinking either a chocolate chocolate chip bundt cake, white chocolate raspberry bundt cake, or maybe a chocolate caramel flan bundt cake. Or I could make a cheesecake drizzled with caramel and Ghirardelli chocolate.

I can bake a nice cake, and I'll bring a camera (Good camera, not phone potato quality camera) for evidence of drunken shenanigans.

PC is never happening, but... Okami 2? Nnnngggghhhhhh yesplease. Bayonetta 3? Where the hell can they take the story? Then again, Bayonetta wasn't really popular for its story, just the gameplay and sexy witches.

Well, my friend's dad died today, and it ended up being an emotional worst-case scenario for everyone involved. He was out with his mother, with his wife watching over his dad, and he passed away while the two of them were still out, while I'm sure that his dad wanted them both to be with him. His wife didn't want to be the only person with his father when he died, and my friend and his mother wanted to be with him when he did. He was on morphine for pain, but the doctors had said he would only last until tomorrow at most. Looks like we'll be spending a good portion of the upcoming week(s) playing distraction.

Ah, the pack mentality of highway driving. If you're all going the same speed, they can't really pull you over (unless you're the sorry sod at the end of the pack.) Speed limits are often "Speed suggestions" to most people, and it gets even worse when people don't use their goddamned fucking turn signals and decide on sudden lane changes. Just last weekend my mom nearly got hit because some dumb broad wasn't paying attention at a stop light. Mom's side and the side Dumb Broad was on got the green turn arrow, just the arrow. Dumb Broad saw the green arrow and floored it because she thought since the arrow was green, her light was green, it was not. And yeah, cops will either speed past you, or get right up on your rear bumper to try and coerce you into speeding up so they can pull you over.

I always have to twitch a little when my mom makes ramen on the stovetop. We have this really small pot that we use for ramen, and I've found the perfect amount of water to use, so I just dump it all into a bowl when it's done. My mom uses half that pot of water, pours some of the water into the bowl, where she's dumped the sauce packet, then has to fish out the noodles and dump the rest of the water into the sink. Too much effort, ramen is not supposed to require that much effort.

Eating it "raw" would have been just eating the noodles dry, which I have done before. Surprisingly not bad for a snack.

Unfortunately, Morrowind remaster not happening.

It's 'cause IW decided it needed to go to SPAEC because they'd milked the franchise for earthfights for all it's worth (Which wasn't really much to begin with.)

I miss the days when I used to be excited for E3, now E3 is just a giant shitshow. How times change.

This happened just a few miles of where I used to live when I was still in Florida. If I were still in Orlando, I'd probably be out right now, donating water/snacks and maybe giving blood.

I wanna get into some games on Tabletop Simulator. I have a couple that are easy to learn and would be willing to teach, you'd have to bear with me since I'm limited to text chat at the moment. EDIT: I found a cheap headset with a working mic! So I can use voice chat for teaching. YAY.

Oh my god why are they going with "Absolutely fucking adorable" as a theme for these 'mons? That dog/fox thing is precious, and so is the sleepy koala.

They're still hosed if they can't get a "reasonable" payment plan to actually pay all of that debt. Chief filed Chapter 11 and her rate was limited to a 5 year plan at most. They may have some breathing room right now, but they could still get screwed during the Chapter 11 proceedings.

Re:Coded wasn't on phones, it was on PS3 and DS. Unchained X was the mobile game.

Honestly, the only FF games I've finished are X and X-2. I like XII, but haven't finished it, I was still grinding up on the License Board so everyone could do everything. XIII I got like half-way through and haven't finished, something about the combat is just... weird, I'm not sure I like it. Haven't even touched XIII-2 or Lightning Returns.

There's gonna be a remaster of the FFXII International Zodiac Job System, which was never released outside of Japan, aside from imports. I'm kinda excited for it, I really liked XII, even though I never finished it. Though I will be a little sad about the IZJS changes to the License Board, being able to multi-cast high level spells because lolgrinding was fun. On the other hand "DURRRR HAT GO ON FOOT" sucked so bad.

It's Ubisoft, the likelihood of it not sucking is rather low.
