Still alive! We only got 2 inches of snow, not much ice in my area, though most of it was during the night. The sun was actually out long enough to get the ice off the road, no new predictions for snow in the next week, could change, rain in the next few days. Kinda sad, I like snow, I just hate how it fucks up the roads 'n shit.

And here I am, unemployed, no school. Bed at 5-6am, wake up somewhere between 2-5pm. I have been trying to change my sleep schedule to wake up earlier, but the weather lately has been making this difficult, lots of rain and/or cloudy gloominess.

So, we're getting snow in Georgia, finally. And in response, our governor is declaring a State of Emergency for counties that are forecast to be getting snow. People are praising the governor and Case and I are sitting here just rolling our eyes at them. My mom has made an emergency kit just in case she gets trapped on the roads again.

Nuu Humble Bundle is out, Firaxis bundle. 'S a shame the BTA shot up so quickly, I really wanted Starships.

I just got a little excited for it is all. Since they pretty much killed Supreme Commander with SupCom2, I was hoping their experience with Forged Alliance (The best RTS ever, in my opinion.) was going to help them on an entirely new IP. But alas, it didn't help them a single fucking bit .

Eugh, anything with ants gives me the squicks, I'm allergic to ants, thankfully it's not fatal. Really I can't handle insect swarms, too many legs, but ants are the worst for me.

Bundles seems to be the only way to get the original Planetary Annihilation anymore. Vanilla PA was removed from the Steam store shortly after they released the Titans "expansion" at pretty much full price ($40 on release). It's such a shame that PA turned out to be utter shit, they had such an awesome concept to build on and actually had some fucking experience with large-scale RTSes.

FortressCraft is also like Factory Minecraft, but you crash land on a frigid planet and need to worry about energy generation and researching to survive, but also you gotta build defenses to keep your base safe from the various critters. You can build massive production lines to keep resources flowing. You also don't get to deal with the hassle of equipment durability, and start armed with a ranged weapon. I wanna see what Factorio is like, though, but I can't afford any kind of anything to test it out.

Well, shit. Saturday was a Splatfest, but we were out of the house all day. Now it's over and the team I sided with lost. orz At least I still got 2 Shells.

I was moreso commenting on those who died this year (And that both Bowie and Rickman died within days of each other.), but yeah, Lemmy too. Cancer seems to have decided to start aiming for the top this year.

Never had a clan, and no platinum for me. I think when I joined I only ever got enough platinum from the newbie bonus for a single Frame slot, but I haven't been able to even get another Frame. I've pretty much just hit a massive wall in the game right now, and I can't get past it 'cause I can't play with other people, fuck doing Interception missions solo, they're the fucking worst. So, yeah, no progress = no fun.

I've only ever played Warframe off and on, my internet sucks so I have to go solo. I'm still stuck with Excalibutt, so the game hasn't ever gotten any more "fun" for me.

But this isn't spuf.

Been playing a good bit of Xenoblade Chronicles X lately, just finished Chapter 6 and got myself a Skell. Now I need to look up a fucking wiki on just what the fuck do I DO with the goddamned thing. I saw just how many equipment slots it had on it and threw pretty much whatever on it going "I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I'M DOING" and then went to bed.

If you don't want to pay for it but still want to see what the fuss is about, head on over to Kongregate, there's a few Gemcraft games there. It's a good TD, it's got one helluva learning curve, though.

Ees gud dae, Doctor Who Chrimuh speshul nearly got abloobloo at the end there, but it was still awesome.

I can't stand mechanical keyboards, the clacking drives me insane. They may be great for online gaming, but thankfully I don't do much of that.

Passive christmas excitement is fucking up my sleep schedule. 5 hours of sleep seems to be the new norm for me, and I'm really not even actively going "HOMAHGAEIT'SCHRIMUH". Since I already know what one of the biggest gifts I'm getting is (The WiiU), I'm excited for that thing, but passively. Like, I can do other things and keep myself focused on stuff (Like today I beat Gat out of Hell) and not be going "HOMAHGAEIT'SCHRIMUH" but yet periodically there's this little voice in my head going "WiiU." AND I CAN'T STOP KILL ME I never want to know what I'm getting for chrimuh again because this shit sucks.

I had an awesome moment happen today that ended up breaking my group of friends, my mom and her fiance included. Saw on Facebook a picture of a dog that was a German Shepard-Akita-Corgi mix, and when talking about just an Akita-Corgi mix, my mom was like "That was one ambitious Corgi.", while our friend had said "But it was a small one! Maybe the Corgi was the mother?", to which my mom replied "Akitas don't come in small!" and I chimed in with "Well that one did!" Queue the entire group dying of laughter, and me getting some high fives while we all laughed. And on a secondary note, I might be sick. Blugh.
