When can we expect there to be any new themes? 'Cause even this "dark" theme is just horrid, though I do like the color, the links are the same color as regular text, blinding white boxes for quotes and the editor clash hideously, statuses and read notifications require highlighting them to see their content because notifications go from Teal to White when read, and that stupid "BoHeGeHa Skin" in the top left corner of the page is just blegh.

I'm bored, so I'm reading random Cracked articles on my phone. Just started reading 6 Brilliant Websites That Should Night Exist and the intro killed me thanks to me forming a mental image from the description. I wasn't thinking about relationships and so Chrom got Sumia, I was confused/annoyed but I don't feel like starting over again. I'm having an issue though where I'm at chapter 12 and I have no fucking clue what to re-class as who. I've heard that if you plan on using Vaike, that you wanna juggle him around and end him at Warrior so he can get Counter, but he should get Axefaire at some point. And I've heard that while in the early-game Frederick is a goddamned tank, his stats are actually kinda low for a Promoted Class, so they say you could/should demote him, level him again, then promote him back so that way he'll be up to par for a Promoted Class. Gender defines which character they can marry (Only opposite-sex characters, though.) if they are at S-Rank Support. You can re-class your character into any class their gender permits (Males Only: Fighter, Barbarian, Dread Fighter, Priest; Females Only: Troubadour, Pegasus Knight, Cleric, Bride [DLC]). If you marry, you produce a child that's the opposite of your gender, so that's something to take into consideration as well. That's really as far as I know. I went with dude, 'cause I generally just play males and I liked some of the customization options for the guys. EDIT: Also when you have a kid they will inherit one of your skills (I'm guessing you get to choose, from what I've read off the wiki) even if it's a skill they normally couldn't learn (Skill is from a gender-restricted class)

Yeah, I do have to say that I'm not a massive fan of the forum update, I understand it was necessary, but it's the small things that add up. Like having to constantly Shift+Enter to have proper spacing, the lack of decent themes, inability to comment on statuses from index page, link text being the same color as regular text (At least in the dark blue theme, anyway.) I was getting notifications for shit I never posted in, and then it was stuff I was normally following, so eh.

Except that by saying that You are effectively saying because, thanks to a law, I can sue someone for discriminating against me, and they are trying to make a law to stop me - actually no, they're not trying to make a law to stop just me, they're making a law so that they can discriminate against ANYONE, the bill in Indiana is broad that ANYONE can discriminate against ANYONE and claim "religious beliefs" - that the law allowing me to sue for discrimination is therefore stupid.That can apply to racial and gender discrimination along side orientation.

That they have been used before does not make them immediately invalid. Forcing people by law to accept homosexuality is not going make homosexuality accepted, if not doing the exact opposite. That is true. What I am saying is that if they feel the need to make such a law because a pre-existing law makes people able to sue them for such things, then that pre-existing law is stupid. So, then by those merits, protected classes shouldn't be a thing and neither should nondiscrimination laws, right? I mean, "let the free market decide" and all that bullshit.

Is there any time you don't play Devil's Advocate? Those same reasonings were brought up against desegregation, and pretty much any argument whatsoever against marriage equality has been rehashed from the segregation debate.

The bill effectively allows businesses to refuse service to people if it goes against their religious beliefs, even going so far as to allowing them to bypass any state nondiscrimination laws/ordinances on religious grounds. The bills are being crafted in response to the growing support for marriage equality throughout the country and as marriage equality is becoming more and more the new status quo in the states, under the guise of "Religious Freedom". These are their attempts to dig in their heels and try to hold on to their position, even as the very earth beneath them is crumbling away. This is also an attempt to try and undermine the federal government by trying to put state law above the federal level, when that's not how our system of government has worked ever. County trumps City, State trumps County, Federal trumps State. The only way a state law can supersede federal law is if the state law is for the betterment of their people (e.g. states with higher minimum wage laws than the Federal MW), and those arguments have already been shot down multiple times. In this stage of the fight, marriage equality is assured, some of the people fighting for their marriage bans are using the same arguments that were shot down in damn near every lower court, and the Supreme Court most likely won't fall for it because of so many rulings in favor of marriage equality, and just how stupid their arguments are. Arizona almost passed similar legislation last year, but it was vetoed by Gov. Jan Brewer when it reached her desk, various companies were threatening economic backlash on Arizona should that law pass. Georgia is currently in limbo with their own RFRA, it's been tabled, but it can be revived. A nondiscrimination amendment was added to the bill, despite proponents' cries that the nondiscrimination amendment would gut the RFRA. Effectively saying "This bill isn't about discrimination! BUT YOUR NONDISCRIMINATION AMENDMENT WILL GUT THIS BILL! BUT IT'S TOTALLY NOT ABOUT DISCRIMINATION GUISE". and so the bill was tabled after the amendment was passed. Various companies have already threatened Georgia with economic backlash, DragonCon has threatened to move out of state, Anime Weekend Atlanta could either move out or just close, The Home Depot (Which is HQ'd here) has condemned the bill as well. If Indiana is anything to go by, then the Cities of Seattle and San Francisco will then boycott Georgia, Angie's List will halt any plans in the state, and Salesforce would be dropping programs in the state as well. And I say that if that's what has to be done to get shit to change, then so be it. Our governments will not listen to their citizens anymore, so we're speaking to them in the only language they understand a kick to the checkbook.

Thanks to Indiana passing their Religious Freedom Restoration Act, various businesses (Big names) are reducing their operations presence in the state in protest. GenCon is not renewing its contract when it expires and is looking to host the con elsewhere, Angie's List just halted a $40 million expansion plan, the Cities of Seattle and San Francisco are barring city employees to travel to Indiana for work purposes unless it's for public health and safety reasons, Salesforce is cancelling all events and programs in the state and even those that require customers/employees to travel to Indiana. Just to name a few things. The state is being hit hard in the wallet in pure revolt over the RFRA's passing, and it's gonna continue to bleed out until it's repealed.

And Rammit, the only thing I can really contribute is to stop reacting to it. Once he's no longer getting a reaction out of you it'll quickly get boring. Or just punch him in the face and claim reflexes, he won't do it twice unless he's a masochist.

To interrupt the utter clusterfuck TIAM has become (Yet again.) I can't help but laugh at the shit going down in Indiana. In less than a week the state has hemorrhaged more than $100 million and will continue to hemorrhage more.

At the very least you need to talk about what the shit is up with his indecisiveness. But honestly, I'm just gonna re-iterate my previous advice. Find yourself a no-strings-attached fuckbuddy and stay single for a while to get your own shit sorted.
