It would have to be, since all of this is still just to ensure English's creation and eventual arrival.

Of course it was Gamzee that chained them up. o.e.. God dammit Gamzee.

Oh. I also forgot, I found this a while back. I had many laughs.

The Official Random Image Thread!! SPUF style

Massive Damage has a limit that there's a minimum of 50 damage or more, and that if the attack doesn't kill you outright. Since it's highly unlikely a 3rd level monk has over a 20 CON as well as having that much HP, a 200ft fall would have been lethal unless the GM rolled 1s on every D6, which is a pretty big statistical anomaly. Nat. 20s don't normally make special things happen on skill checks, and even then, it doesn't mean you auto-succeed. In Pathfinder, you only auto-succeed on a 20 for Attack Rolls, Combat Maneuvers, and Saving Throws. Since attempting to Pin a creature is a Combat Maneuver, a Nat. 20 automatically succeeds, which would be the only way that he would have succeeded on that pin, depending on what kind of dragon they were fighting. To prevent further de-rail, we can talk more in the Tabletop thread in the General Gaming forum.

Unless Gamzee time traveled, or this is an alternate timeline Gamzee. Remember when Gamzee showed up and asked Jane if she wanted him to be her guide? He had floating music boxes on each side of him. Those were Aradia's (Or possibly Damara's) version of Dave's TimeTables that allowed him to travel through time.

    Deadpool Reveal Trailer

So far from what I've seen it looks fun. The 4th wall will be nothing but a smoldering pile of ash, however.

The "Interlocking formation" looks very much like the diagram of the Mobius Double Reacharound. Not completely, but it's very similar.

    Deadpool Reveal Trailer

I'm kinda expecting it to be a little like Bayonetta, just with more explosions and a dude in a skintight outfit instead of a chick and no magic. Crazy combat, ridiculous antics and lots of explosions.

North Korea's Gettin' Too Big For Its Britches

'Sept they got no choice. What Fearless Leader wants, Fearless Leader gets.

North Korea's Gettin' Too Big For Its Britches

Except they've got nothing to lose, they're all willing to die for their "fearless leader", this is 100 years of brainwashing they've gone through with NK making themselves an isolationist nation. They know only what their government has fed them, has allowed them to see, and has told them they should think. An enemy with nothing to lose is a dangerous one. They don't care about dying, they care only about taking as many enemies as they can with them, and even if they die trying, they have their honor of dying while fighting the "tyranny of the West".

North Korea's Gettin' Too Big For Its Britches

This is North Korea we're talking about. Their citizens believed that when Kim Jong Il raised his voice, thunder boomed overhead. They thought this insane decrepit old man could control the weather with his own voice. These comments are a mere glimpse into the craziness that is North Korea.

North Korea's Gettin' Too Big For Its Britches

The main problem with North Korea is that their populous is one massive fanatic country. There are teenage girls who sing and chant as they practically march to school about how they're willing to die "for their fearless leader". The only real way to deal with a country whose population is so thoroughly brainwashed is to either A) spend billions to attempt to re-educate them once their current leadership has been subdued/eliminated or simply kill them all and be done with it. And I can't really advocate the killing of hundreds of innocents on good conscience.

    Apps that don't suck.

Plague Inc., it's free, like Pandemic, but a little better in my opinion. Has quite the number of varying plague types which changes gameplay depending on which one you chose. My only gripe is that to use the Speed Up function, you must pay for any feature of the game. However since there was another function I wanted to use, the option to add in genetic code fragments to my plague, I unlocked both of those features for just a buck.

I'm not arguing semantics. The thread is here in the News forum.

Regardless, it's still news and current events, so it moreso belongs here than in the General Gaming forum.

EA Refuses to Refund User for SimCity, Threatens Account Ban

The user in the post shown on this article did actually receive a refund. The night after his case had been closed. The screenshot of his post apparently had even hit a newspage and some say that EA got him his refund as damage control.

    What'cha been playing?

I would dislike EA slightly less if they'd also stop shoving their shitty maleware-disguised-as-digital-distribution-service down my throat. It's abso-fucking-ridiculous that I need to register my physical copy of a game with an online service just to be able to play it. And honestly, with all the shit they're pulling with the new SimCity, I can't wait until it gets pirated. I might say that when it does start getting pirated, it'll be pirated more than Spore was.

    What'cha been playing?

Oh god, just when I thought I had put those advertisements into the most ignored corner of my mind.. Seriously, fuck those ads. I will have to admit, the combat in ME3 was good, as long as I didn't have to focus on the story, it was fine.

    What'cha been playing?

Oh come on, what about the abomination that was Command and Conquer 4: Tiberian Twilight? They took out base building, the very core of the Command and Conquer franchise!
