Fear and Loathing in Atlanta.
Stackbabbin' Bumscags replied to Splosion's topic in The Drawing Board
Interesting, though I'm not much into drinking, I may go there just because it'd be different from standard bars or gay bars. And it's probably about only a 10-20 minute drive from my place, now that I look at the map. We love Dr. No's! I think that's where I got my current mini for my Gnome Summoner, and my d4s (Caltrops). I used to attend MegaCon down in Florida, I was a volunteer helper for the group Anime Sushi, who ran the con's Costume Contest and Dance. My mother and her fiance had frequented Dragon a few times, but lately have been disinterested. I've never been to Dragon before. The fiance has told stories about the Masquerade, if my memory serves me even remotely well today. Yeah, I've noticed that around my area, unless I go down Barrett towards Cobb Parkway near-ish the Town Center Shopping area, the food selection is mainly fast food. Though I do have a recommendation for ya, if you are ever near where Busbee gets onto Wade Green Road and you want pizza, I recommend that you swing on into that shopping area to the right, just next to the car wash, and swing on into Peace Love & Pizza. The food is awesome, the guys who own the place are awesome. If you don't want pizza, then you can get a sub or a salad if you want. It's a small place, got two small tables inside and then a bench outside, so you might be better off ordering ahead of time online/over the phone and picking it up. We love the place, and got some of our friends loving their food as well. It's much better than blah chain pizza. -

Hmm, not really sure where that is, still kinda new to road names and whatnot. I moved here about 4 years or so ago from Florida.. I'm off of Bells Ferry, about midway between where Bells Ferry intersects Cobb Parkway and the intersection of Bells Ferry and Barrett Parkway. -

Well then, you're probably about at most a few hours away from me if you're still within the state. I live just barely in the borders of the Marietta city limits. -

Sandy Plains? H-uh... My mother works near there. I'm actually quite shocked there's as many of us in Georgia as there are. -
Oh god, that panel with Terezi is bloody hilarious. That's my patron Troll. :imadummy:

I'm still not sure if this is Meenah or simply an alternate timeline Condesce. With the fact that this is Homestuck we're talking about, there's a possibility it's even an Alternate Alternate timeline Condesce.

Connecticut Considers "Violent Video Game Tax" to "educate" parents.
Stackbabbin' Bumscags replied to Stackbabbin' Bumscags's topic in Current Events, News & Politics
You hope. The parents that do buy CoD/Halo for their 10 year olds don't really give two shits until they realize "Oh my god it's so violent!" when they catch their child playing it, or really seriously don't give a shit even if they do catch them playing it. A 10% tax is going to end up hurting the industry because people who aren't going to pay $60 for an M-rated videogame sure as fuck aren't going to pay $66 for it. Especially since this is only targeting M-rated videogames, not movies, not music, not books, not TV shows, just videogames. So this isn't going to stop little Johnny from catching something on TV that's full of people shooting each other in graphic detail. This will only give pirates an even further justification for pirating content, and will drive more people to piracy. Parents already have the tools they need to make sure their children don't view inappropriate content. The ESRB ratings are on both sides of the box for physical copies of the game that lists out just what kind of content is in that game, there's parental control settings on 360 consoles that let them limit what their child can purchase and what they can do without their parent's permission, and they've got the entire fucking internet at their fingertips to actually do some fucking research. Why the hell do we not hold parents accountable and responsible for their own fucking crotch-spawn anymore? -
YES! Finally, Jade makes an appearance! And she has Bec powers! Squee.
-
Okay, that's it. Roxy has tied with Jade for most adorable Godhood outfit. AndJakepleaseputonsomepantspleasepleaseohgodplease.
-
Seriously, I need to see Roxy's full outfit, because it's actually really fucking cute. Like, full shot, not split up in multiple panels like this.
-
But why are Rose and Dirk rainbow-y? They should only be Blue/Red-y then, since she shot Sollux-beams.
-
Uhh.. Dafuq. Did.... Did they just.... Trickster Godhood??? DAFUQ IS GOIN' ON?! MAH BRAINZ
-
Well, that's one way to die on your Quest Bed... Welp, it's either Witch of Life Condesce, or Pre-Scratch Meena, Thief of Life. If it is Pre-Scratch Meena, then her class and aspect would mean that she has the ability to steal people's life force to add to her own, possibly prolonging her life at the cost of another's.

He already has. I don't particularly watch him, but I saw the video a week or two ago and had a small chuckle.

So I've been playing Just Cause 2.

Superbowl XLVIII
Stackbabbin' Bumscags replied to Rammite's topic in Current Events, News & Politics
My mother and her fiance watched the Puppy Bowl instead of the Superbowl. I tried to kill my Party with zombies and monsters. -
Aw crap... It's the Rainbow Miles. Now you seriously can't fucking stop it.

If you've managed to survive this far, welcome to subSPUF! I'm Stackbabbin' Bumscags, that guy-we-don't-know-who-he-is-or-why-he's-here-but-he's-cool-so-he-can-stay that's in every group and token gay guy (Just to get that part out of the way.). I'm also a General Administrator for the TF2 SPUFServer! Feel free to contact me if I'm online and you need help. I also run a tabletop RPG with some of the other denizens of subSPUF on weekends. That being said, as it's been said already, arguing with Gigolo/Verumae never ends well for all parties, involved or not. If you change your viewing settings to view more posts per page, beware the Random Image/Reaction Images, "What are you listening to right now?", and "In which we post the randomest shit we find on YouTube." threads, your browser will have a pulmonary edema and go into cardiac arrest. Also beware Rule 20.

You did it wrong! You're supposed to throw the radio onto the floor first! THEN you cut him apart. Rule 20 strikes again.
