The thing that pisses me off is that whenever YouTube undergoes a design change, they completely throw out any of the good features of the previous layouts. Instead of building off of the successes of the other designs, they completely toss everything out the window, re-build the window first, then they design the site seemingly without any reference to the ideas of those that were before it.
