I think it would be wise to base the time of doomsday on our Greenwich Mean Time, from which Coordinated Universal Time is derived. Therefore, the apocalypse should occur at about 7:00PM (or 19:00) on December 20th for all East Americans here. Meanwhile, in Western Australia, it should occur at roughly 8:00AM, December 21st.

I see. Would you be needing anyone to write up the more mundane messages (e.g. 'you got >item<' and '>If you press this button, >activity< will occur')?

This reminds me, I haven't really looked properly at the doomsday calendar I got last Christmas. I'd better have a marathon readthrough tomorrow then. Perhaps it'd assist me in choosing how to laugh at the doomsayers once I see them again next year.

First thing on the agenda for me would be to make sure there is no turn-based stuff. I'd much rather have fast-paced, frantic gameplay.

...That would make an excellent plot twist. It'd be obvious in hindsight. The SPUFluminati's been discovered by one of the lurkers and they've taken action against us. They don't want us to see FSPF again so we don't know what the hell is going on, and thus we can never interfere with them again. It'd be put on TV Tropes and listed under "Tomato In The Mirror" and quite possibly "And I Must Scream" for some people.

Allow me to be the first to give a negative aspect of the game to you, Rynjin. The Elites don't look particularly nice. That's about it really, I haven't played it yet.

When it comes to parties, i'm more likely to sit on the sidelines and talk with people than I am to engage in the really active stuff. I'd have just as much fun witnessing the drunken antics. It'd certainly make me feel better about being a teetotaller, at least.

Is it possible for one to have a good time at any of these without getting drunk? It's not a good thing, y'know. Well, except for everyone laughing at the drunkard, but not the drunkard themself.
