play the trilogy, it's better than the original. I'm pretty sure you can play Hard Mode from the start which is the original's normal mode, after which you unlock hypermode which is the GC's hard mode

I can't really claim I know the average steamspamming dev's behaviour. The way I imagined it myself is that the guy who published his shitty rpgmaker game as a joke isn't a big deal, but that there's also "devs" that try to make a living off quantity over quality. That's how it works for phone games at least

The point was that the entry fee was so low there was nothing holding anyone back from publishing their memegame. Voting didn't do shit because people are fucking idiots and would let games in by the logic of "haha goats this game is EPIC XD" the fee is now a lot higher so next to valve raking in a few extra truckloads of money, putting up shovelware as a joke or to make some easy bucks becomes a bigger investment

Do you guys listen to podcasts and if so which ones? A few weeks ago Scampsixteen showed me sleepycast, which is a podcast starring some of the more well-known Newgrounds animators like Stamper, Spazkid and Psychicpebbles. They're an absolute riot to listen to By now I've listened to every podcast they have done and although they bring out a new one weekly I'm kind of looking for other podcasts. So if you have any recommendations for good podcasts I'd love to hear them

Oh yeah this thread It's been a year now but BPITU has split up into two podcasts, Maddox and Dick both having their own show. Maddox became unlistenable but the dickshow is absolutely hilarious. Would be my favourite podcast if it wasn't for the fact that there's still a ton of bad blood between the two and it often gets brought up during the show, which varies from funny antics to people getting doxxes until they lose their job.

I'm watching Black Lagoon which is the first anime I've watched in quite some time, a friend insisted that it was really good It's been entertaining so far, I like the cast a lot even though Revy is extremely edgy. I do hope there is a good payoff at the end beyond "Revy had a hard life ;_;7"

The amount of hackers definitely has gone up, they now get that nice satisfying ding of the exp bar and easy gratification is why people use hacks What's also frustrating is that hacks have become much harder to detect; jumping into spectator made it real easy to see the difference between a good sniper and a hacking one, but you can't do that anymore

What sucks the most about Valve's silence with tf2 now is that they left on such an awful note. MYM was hands down the worst thing to ever happen to tf2 and it left the game in a bugged mess for almost a year. Now the game is finally playable again, but still worse off than if the update just never happened. I genuinely do not need new content, I just want them to clean up the last issues in the game, tweak some weapon stats, then announce the end of update development and tf2 will most likely still be active for a decade to come. Oh and remove random crits for fucks sake
