I will hunt down and punch anyone who says we lost new posters to the fetish thread or the saloon. We've never had an influx of active members. That being said, I think the current state of things is the best possible way. The saloon is completely hidden until someone specifically asks for it.

Arin does make some good points but is often way too pessimistic in his views. Jontron most of the time doesn't get what Arin is trying to say and then makes silly arguments that makes them both look bad. I wish I could have a 1 on 1 discussion with Arin about videogames

Also I found some new spoilered cards: Spiked Jester and Unflinching Courage are pretty good. Korozda Gorgon and Pyrewild Shaman on the other hand are rather bad. Aetherling is an absolutely fantastic fatty, and Reap Intellect gets a lot of my personal love because I love Surgical Extraction

It's probably that, yeah. This is how I see the cards: Wake the Reflections: populate for 1 is really good, but populate on its own is a bit of a weak mechanic; It would be great in a deck with lots of big tokens, but sadly those don't really exist yet. That might change with Advent of the Wurm, though. Catch / Release: Catch is really good seeing as you can steal permanents instead of only creatures, and worth the harder casting. Release is too expensive to be worth it, and you'll never cast both at the same time. Uncovered Clues: really strong for any instant/sorcery based deck. Too bad it's a Sorcery and not an Instant, though. Emmara Tandris: unplayable. Seven mana is waaaaaay too much for a card that needs to rely on other cards to be effective. Dragonshift: Pretty good. Instant-speed flying fat guys are always good, even if they're only for one turn. The overload can be a good finisher for control decks.

It's odd how you guys look at magic cards in a completely different way than I do from those five cards Uncovered Clues is probably the best.

the anime that I'm watching right now is Katanagatari. +really funny, often goes meta as shit +cool fights +pretty artstyle +very well-thought out bad guys with tons of personality +simple plot but seems like there's lots of plottwists ahead -episodes are an hour long which I'd rather see cut in two -often becomes very, very wordy and some fights are literally ten minutes of talking then ten seconds of fighting intro is cheesy as fuck but the download I have actually marks where the episode starts, which is awesome

Am I the only one who thinks 95% of anime intros and outros is absolutely atrocious? Most of the time the music is so bad I need to either skip it or I slit my wrists out of embarrassment. There are some notable exceptions though. Cowboy Bebop, NGE and Baccano! have glorious intros. I remember Naruto having some really catchy songs as well.
