>Homestu- yeah ok I can't deny that that is really catchy

I was gonna make a snarky comment in the direction of "oh wow dubstep is bad what else is new"But he actually managed to fuck up the dubstep part. That is like failing at taking a dump

Just wanted to post here and thank you guys for today's games, they were incredibly fun and it felt satisfying to defeat some of those advanced mapsPS: Who was the guy I almost murdered with my diaper joke?
-
If I'd do that I could just as well use the Eye of Providence
-
I still need a good picture for my tiny clan badge thing
-
It appears the Groose is loose
-
Well, cuttlefish are pretty awesome creatures and they´re old as fuck
-
This is incredibly awesomeEssentially, it checks your specs and connection, and then makes a TF2 config ideal for your computer. I just tried it on my small laptop, and it can actually now run highframes properly whilst I was first stuck with maxframes
-
fixed, and then QFT´d
-
I get really sick of those damn advertisements though
-
Oh it's definately workable on normal, but I really doubt anyone can do it on advanced
-
Someone did it on normal, we have 48 hours to do it on advanced...yeah noStill, this sounds really fun and I'd love to try it, on normal

If we truly want a ragethread we should skip the meme abuse and jump straight to the womyn blogs

Yup, and it also makes it super easy to make small alterations, like turning ragdolls on or changing sound quality (personally I am always completely okay with worse graphics, but worse sound really ticks me off). The fact that it gives advice on your net connection is also very nice, as I was never able to figure that out on my own.

I am currently dieing of dehydration because all the fluids in my body are channeled to my brain, so it can keep up with the ludicrous amount of neurotransmitter needed to generate the deeply saturated hate I feel right now
-
I generally have no problems with my contact lenses, but that occasional night where I come home and forget to put them out, I hate them the next morning ...do you put lenses "on and off" or "in and out" in English? I have no idea
-
won't work, arming time is too longfor an easymodo win, get 4 wrangler engineers, a pyro and a scout
-
Woo more tryharding!I actually really want to try out Bison now, it sounds like it would actually work. I'd probably use Direct Hit with it though, so you have more firepower when you need to focus on a single enemyalso sort of related, is it me or does Medic seem a lot less useful in MvM than he is in regular TF2? I mean, those triple overheals are nice, but between the abundance of Mad Milk and all those health on kill upgrades he becomes a bit redundant sometimes.

This was the very first thing I thought when I saw this thread Although I kind of prefer /vg/'s "TONIGHT'S THE NIGHT" jokes to this one

My favorite so far is still Scout with Scatter/Milk/Sandman/ammo refill canteens [tryhard] What to upgrade -Start off with the Slow effect on Milk -Next go for faster Milk recharges and faster reloads -then get extra damage on your scatter -when the big bots start to show up, get the deathmark Sandman upgrade -During the final two waves you can get the extra Sandman ammo if you have any dosh left -Try to have one or two ammo canteens with you at all times. More crap about upgrades -Max out damage and reload for scatter, get milk recharge to two (the third is kind of redundant as the bots don't spawn that fast). -Ignore health upgrades entirely, as you get more than enough health from milk and money combined to not having to bother -The extra Sandman ammo is completely superior to the faster charge, and cheaper. -Ammo upgrades are kind of redundant too, as you are fast enough to get a max ammo pack somewhere when needed, which many maps have plenty of, and ammo canteens are much more cost-effective -Clip upgrades are also sort of useless as you reload insanely fast anyways, and adding more clip increases your reload time as well, keeping your DPS the same -Save up your Refill canteens unless you absolutely have to, like when you're in the middle of a brawl without time to run away, or when you need to qucikly off a tank -in case of extreme emergencies, like the last wave with a tank only meters away from the drop zone, you can get crit canteens, but otherwise they are a bit too expensive for scout. Strategy -don't use the sandman at all before you get the deathmark. Regular bots are too fragile to make it worthwhile and they don't stun big bots -neither milk nor sandman have any effect on the tank -use milk on large groups of enemies, big bots and most importantly sentry busters -Kill the Bomb Carrier first, you wouldn't believe how often it happened that my whole team was fragging up front just to be destroyed by a scout that slipped through -you can actually survive an insane amount of damage whilst attacking milked enemies. Get a mark on them and get dem meatshots, and you can one on one any of the big bots other than Heavies [/tryhard]

The SPUF/SPUFPowered 2012 Saxxy Awards Project!
Razputin replied to 2560x1600@120hz's topic in Digital Gaming
"The vicious cycle of map x" and trailer remakes are kind of overdone, if you ask meWe should get something more relevant, that wasn't around during the first saxxie. But not robots of course, because everyone and his dog will use that. The "war" between F2P and premiums might be interesting, like some short clips of a new pyro continuously getting better to the point where he can kill his archenemy Soldier (with something over the top like a midair reflectjump axe kill). And of course, with his skill his hat wealth upgrades as well, starting off hatless, then gibus, all the way up to unusual -
VGN, or VVN

I really want to set up a team of reasonably skilled players with mics and go through the advanced missions and survival. With a class limit of 1 each because 4 Wrangler engies, a Pyro and a Scout is lame as hell I'm still rather surprised at how well they managed to balance the classes for this mode though; picking what 6 classes would be optimal is pretty damn hard [notverysubtleteamsetupdiscussioninitiation/]

yeah, I finally got the achievement, apparently what you want to do is get the critboost as soon as possible, then get max speed, then boost the crap out of your revolver. Get one stab in, spam 120 damage shots into the crowd for 4 seconds, repeat. Also at least one backstab upgrade to damage big bots is very nice. The third one is kind of redundant because you can get two stabs in before they react, though
