    updaaaaaaateit's a bit of a shame they removed the building healing for the black box, it fitted really well. It was horrendously OP for the Ubersaw though. Also why the ♥♥♥♥ did stickytraps need to be more visible?I love the content of crate 43 though, FINALLY a strange shortstop and Detonator

I always wanted to do one on SPUF but I'd obviously just get shat on, so I figured this might work better on the more sophisticated subspuf General changes: all weapon sets now work without the hats. Nocrit/nospread is now the default Scout: FaN: knockback moved to mouse2. Firing rate decreased to that of the Scatter, reload time decreased to keep its current DPS Soda Popper: minicrits can now be activated by pressing M2. Build hype by doign damage instead of running around being useless Shortstop: What Nerfed suggested Crit-a-Cola: No more cooldown, having it active already has a downside so why does it need cooldown Mad Milk: Decrease regen to 50% instead of 60% Winger: completely removed and redesigned, because +damage -clip is boring Sandman: completely removed, making the player lose control is bad game design. Seeing how much it has been changed, we should probably not bother with redesigning Sun On A Stick: Now fires a flare on m2 with a recharge similar to Wrap Assassin Atomizer: ignore its brokenness so I can keep abusing the hell out of it Soldier: Tank Buster set: completely revamped. Suggestion: -25 hp, can overheal from all sources (can only pick up medpacks when not overhealed) Direct Hit: damage ramping changed so it does 70-ish damage on long range while no longer oneshotting 125HP classes Black Box: restores 20% of damage dealt instead of always 15 to promote aiming and demotivate spamming Rocket Jumper: no more damage weaknesses Liberty Launcher: removed and made into something more interesting and less crutchy Cow Mangler: remove the extra rocket, damage penalty, nocrit, slower reload and crit on reflect. Probably just remove altogether. Oh, and make the projectile more functional and visible All the Banners: No longer have to be switched to, can be activated through mouse2 Concheror: heals 50% of damage on activation. Demoman: Loch-n-Load: damage increase is now 15% instead of 20% so it can no longer oneshot 125HP classes without spread, explodes on any surface for very minor splash (20%-ish of pipe splash), selfdamage increase is removed, falloff is removed (current LnL actually does less damage than pipes if its target isn't right in yoru face) Boots: Adds decent targeturning that works even if your mousespeed isn't 1 picometer/360 Both shields: melee can't randomly crit Scottish Resistance: 25% faster reload speed Skullcutter: Increase extra damage to 40%, decrease speed even further to Soldier speed. This wep needs more tradeoff to be interesting Heavy: Hybernating Bear Set: Made into something interesting. 5% less crit damage? What? Natascha: complete revamp, see Sandman Brass Beast: Tighter firing cone, heavy is now completely immobile while revved down, increase damage and volume of firing/revving sound. Make this bad motherhubbard eat bears for breakfast Tomislav: spinuptime increase is lowered to 20% (and fix the bug where it isn't silent) Dalokohs Bar: health increase is now passive (overheal is still capped at 450), consuming heals you for 150, can't be thrown Family Business: Revamp. I'd even say make it a direct upgrade to the Shotgun, so it can compete with the Sandvich KGB: length of crit boost is doubled, if you get a melee kill as heavy you deserve a free kritzkrieg. GRU: What Nerfed suggested Warrior's Spirit: revamped into something interesting Eviction Notice: swingspeed doubled, damage halved. Heavy now yells MUDAMUDAMUDAMUDA while attacking with this Engineer: Hatedbyvalve set: now actually exists. Give poor engie a cool set effect Frontier Justice: one extra shot in its clip Widowmaker: -40 metal instead of -30 Pomson: drains 20% of target's ammo. No more uberdrain Wrangler: When the Engie dies while wrangling, the sentry does not have a shield while deactivated. Short Circuit: -20 ammo instead of -35. Nocrits removed, what the hell? Medic: Crossbow: PASSIVE RELOAD AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH Overdose: 60% less damage instead of 10%, speed boost capped at 20%. See Skullcutter. Quick Fix: No longer drains extra uber when switching targets mid-uber. Maybe some buff but I have no idea what. Sniper: Croc-o-Style set: removed entirely, whoever made up the stats is nailed to a cross and burned Huntsman, Sleeper and Machina: removed and erased from everyone's memories. Razorback: Fused with Danger Shield Cozy Camper: remove the slower movement, no Jarate is already enough of a downside. Could probably just as well be fused with Razorback and Danger Shield. Spy: Saharan Spy set: When used in conjunction with the Dead Ringer, the game uninstalls itself General: All his guns now have perfect accuracy, standard firing speed is moved to that of the Ambassador to compensate. Ambassador's firign speed is kept the same (this might sound weird, but the Spy forum insisted on this for some reason) L'Etranger: Firing speed is kept the same (so essentially a firing speed buff compared to the other guns) Enforcer: complete revamp, the Spy didn't need a higher damage unlock to begin with Diamondback: See Mannmelter Kunai: no fall damage (mostly so you don't get ruined by the falldamage noise) Big Earner: See Diamondback Spy-cicle: No more "silent" backstab, 20% extra fire damage (after your 2 seconds of cheapness have run out) Dead Ringer: doesn't block crit damage (mostly so axetinguisher pyros/bushwaka snipers no longer have to chase an already dead spy for 8 tedious seconds) Please be gentle.

    To be fair I kind of phoned it in halfway through, because I was tired and realised Valve had seriously given the hybernating bear set a 5% crit resistance.As I said to nano, I know damn well valve won't remove items, just as well as they won't implement any of these changes. I dislike the 3 alternative rifles (Sleeper being easymode, huntsman being unpredictable/spammable and machina being dowright dumb) but I don't really think they could be improved in any way

    Visual recognition has been flushed down the drain ages ago, which I mostly notice when I attack a demo and get an LnL pipe to the face. And let's not forget demos wearing the sword or medics wearing the vitasaw. I know one error doesn't justify more errors, but I'd rather just see weapon possibilities avaliable to everyone than one more visual clue. This was more of a joke, lol. But then again, why would turning on crits through cvar be worse than turning off crits through cvar? The idea is that it motivates some strategy. Do you want to pump your full DPS into that heavy, or do you want to get the damage in and have more time to flee? By putting knockback shots on mouse2, you can still use the double jump and use the knockback those few times when it's useful, without completely ruining you every time you don't need the knockback and just want to keep your cqc damage in. Right now the FaN is tons of fun but severely subpar to the other scout primaries. I don't like the running charge because you souldn't be rewarded for doing something so trivial. It also breaks the cycle of scouts being useless -> abusing minicrits -> going back to being useless until recharged which the current Soda Popper really promotes. I know darn well Valve will never ever implement any of these changes at all, a girl can dream though. The main idea is that it needs a complete revamp into something less dull, but I don't really know what. The sandman stun is anything from insignificant, but luckily hardly anyone uses it. It's the same issue with Cow Mangler, that most players good with the class shun those unlocks because they play(ed) comp and stick to the vanilla weapons. Sandman stun can win you any 1 on 1 up to demo easily as scout, and the projectile is fast enough to be pretty much unevadable in the range where it's effective. Wrap Assassin functions pretty much exactly the same, only you can pick up the ball for more spammability, and this one is actually worth switching off your primary for if you can land that crit flare Wow, learn to take a joke kid. Anger management. I have to say I'm kind of dissapointed in some of you, I expected better :/

    rynjin ignored for not knowing how to communicate like a human being I pretty much picked over the guboats-manthreads thing because it´s a very popular concept (tightrope is trying it out as well iirc). Both are boots, both subpar to their alternatives, I don't really see why not I really dislike the sapper removal attribute of the homewrecker and would like to see it wreck sentries like its original concept was. However that's a pretty hard thing to accomplish seeing as its DPS needs to be much higher than the Flamethrowers to justify using it. Right now however, a sentry beign guarded by a homewrecker pyro plus engie is so insanely hard to take down as a spy it’s unfair. That might work, not many heavies use the edibles for their own consumption anyway FJ always seems sub-par to me, which is a shame because it's a very fun unlock. One extra shot would make it a sidegrade in my eyes. Razorback and co is also tested in tightrope right now (at least danger+razor is), and on their own they're really not worth losing Jarate over I think. Remember that with the beta changes implemented, the Flamethrower gets the same damage as the Backburner (while degreaser stays the same). Seeing as flamer damage is already pitiful I don't think it'd need a damage reduction. I have all of them myself and I'd honestly not care. They're not even that expensive anymore, so you wouldn't lose anything. If it's really such a hinder, we could just make the current set hats Vintage. I never want to see weapon avaliability get hindered by the trade market What bothers me a lot is that their original idea, the Walkabout, had exactly the same role as the huntsman but was scrapped because it would make good shooter players too good. What? Making the hitbox smaller than a freight train might solve a lot though. I made a thrad on SPUF about the sniper onc ein which we came with a very good change for the sleeper, but to be honest it was late and I already phoned it in a bit when I was at the sniper. I'll look it up today and edit my post. Pretty much, yeah. The Razorback would maybe be better off completely removed actually. How about fusing cozy camper with danger shield, remove the dumb slowdown, then throw razorback off a cliff? It was a really dumb move of valve to nerf the gunboats for comp. Comp can ban wapons, pub can't, and we should balance around 24p crit/spread pub. To make it even worse, several leagues banned the gunboats anyway. Numbers can obviously be tinkered with, the idea is that the average should still stay at around 15 damage per target, but motivates direct damage and demotivates long-range SPAM. I actually really like the Black Box a lot, but it always bothered me how easy I can regen health by pecking away at distanced enemies for a bit. Cow Mangler is one of the worst unlocks we've got. They started off with an awfully designed weapon that promotes blind SPAM and bad play, and then kept splashing on dumb minor downsides until we stopped complaining. It's one big awful cluster♥♥♥♥ of screwups, and should probably just be removed entirely. Source? I don't really understand this one. More synergy with the FJ would be nice, althoguh that'd be hard with the lack of active ammo you'd have. My two main issues with the DH boil down to this: -it oneshots light classes -it doesn't reward good aim enough therefore, I'd say 70 at long range, 110 at point blanc. I definately does. Even if it'd only allow triple jumps while active it'd still be a direct upgrade. I'm not sure how we could fix that without slapping on a x% damage weakness I don't like Widowmaker very much, mostly because I'm a slut for stranges. This change is often suggested though. And for FJ, I don't think it's on par with shotty in its current form. It'd be reserve ammo, which is actually a lot. Losing 4 rockets as a Soldier on every shot gets very dangerous very fast. But yeah, as long as it stops draining ubercharge. Could probably work as well, yeah. It's always a hard pick for Wrangler because although it's insanely broken in paper I hardly ever see games suffer much from it. This is what I suggested in the spy subforum and definately the better idea, I was just curious about waht you guys thought about this crit idea (mainly to see the procritters react to it, har har) It'd at least make it more interesting, yeah. I'd really like to try it out with some insane damage, like 100 per hit or something (but no oneshots). You don't get hit often, but when you do you are cleaved right through. no falloff at all I say. The GL works the exact same way, and the LnL should actually function like that as well, only it's bugged and doesn't work properly right now.

Makes it work like a liquid flamethrower instead of TF2's gas-flamethrower shenanigans, and it'd be freaking badass for base offense Pretty much. The projectile size is HUGE, and makes airshots about as easy as it is in TF2, with the added bonus that you have a LOT more airtime in Tribes than in TF2.

    fasten your seatbelt, it´s time for NERDRAGE You know what really ruined this game for me? Villagers. ♥♥♥♥ villagers. The entire atmosphere of Minecraft's survival mode was that you were utterly alone in this dangerous but beautiful world, where in the night you'd get destroyed by waves and waves of monsters if you don't hide under ground until the sun came to save your sorry ass. Now, beds already kind of ruined this because you can just skip the only thing vaguely threathening about the game, but that is easily solved by just not building beds if you don't want to (just like all that unnecessary enchantment bullcrap which I haven't even touched in the slightest). Hoewever, I can not decide wether I want to see villagers or not. The only thing I can do is turn off structures entirely, aka the best additions to this game: before ♥♥♥♥ing villagers came to ruin this shit, structures actually increased that feeling of absolute loneliness because there were villages and mines everywhere, practically with the stove still on, like some gigantic calamity struck the land and erased every friendly being exept for you. But when you walk into a village now, you're greeted by a dozen brown ugly-ass Squidward-♥♥♥♥♥♥s, and even they themselves don't look like they enjoy existing. On another note, what happened to beaches? I woke up one morning on the beach, not in the middle of the ♥♥♥♥ing taiga MINECRAFTISRUINEDFOREVERREMEMBERTHEGOODOLDVANILLADAYSIWANTMYMONEYBACK
