Exactly. Tighter spread/less falloff makes you able to engage at a longer distance (to an extend of course, don't think this will become Shortstop 2.0) and the health peep makes you able to pick your targets more easily. In exchange you lose a lot of damage so ful health enemies become harder to take downIt might be hard to pick a good DPS for it however. Give it too much DPS and it'll become Shortstop 2.0 and get too strong at deathmatching, whilst if it's too low noone will bother with it because the Scatter's DPS would have killed a full health enemy in the time it takes this unlcok to take out a half health character, renrering the health peep useless.In case of emergency we could always slap on minicrits when attacking enemies below 50% health, but I'd like to avoid that. -

Shrikes take forever to get good with. First of all turn off the inverted controls. Try to go for runovers for high flying enemies as you'll just end up killing yourself for low flying ones. Spend your time killing cappers and chasers (shoot them to force them into the air, then tackle them if you think you can pul it off). If there aren't any caps goign on, spam the enemy flag stand. You won't get kills but you'll piss them off big timeOn the subject of CnH: it's like playing Soldierdemo only Dustbowl, all the time.

Yes, 100% inheritance should just be applied to everything. 80% of people on T:A's forum agree with this, but after two months of 100-page threads discussing it, Hirez reacted with a simple "no", without proper explanation. To make it even wonkier: When shooting right behind you, your projectiles have 0 inheritance. Hirez says it's to prevent floating projectiles, but in reality it's because the unreal engine can't cancel the vectors properly.

Problem with thumpfusor is that you get destroyed by anyone with decent smg aim. Although Hirez doesnt want to admit it they made Tribes more about SMGs than about projectilesGrenades actually have 0% inheritance, together with SOME of the SMGs, but not all. For a long time Raider´s Grenade Launcher and Jugger´s Mortar also didn´t have inheritance, but they added that later.I mean if you´re gonna add shoe on head retarded physics at least be consistent

Oh God yes Quick Draw. It´s one of the best perks out there and works well for almost all classesTry using AR/Thump soldier with quick draw. If they go airborne you can trace them easily and when they stay grounded you thump their face in. The only thing that stand a chance against you 1 on 1 is a very good shield pack raider or a doom.Also, I wish we got the traning tryout earlier. Like half the weapons I grinded for to unlock I ended up hardly ever using :(

Not a single person who tried this out yet? I'm so alone ;-; Neither do I, but as I said the tutorial makes you pick it up pretty fast. You should DL the demo if you have an xblorg or ps3 There are 8 characters actually, with the difference they are all completely unique instead of what most fighting games pull in which half the characters are clones. It will probably go to pc as well but it'll take over a year so yeah Ironically, my most favorite character is also the least sexualised.

I love random blueplates. I remember when I was level 8 or so I got 7 blueplates in one game and I was all like WHAT IS THIS WIZARDRYand yes, strike accuracy is hilarious. I often use them to take out level 4 turrets but then I end up missing completely while the targeter was spot on. I also once orbital striked my feet and survived.

I think we should look at which class is in need of an unlock, then decide what that class needs, then build an unlock around that. A poll isn't really rhe best format for that, we could better just discuss itSapper slot mite b cool, but I don´t think the Spy is in dire need of an unlock, really.I´d like to see a scout primary unlock, as all his primary weapons function exactly the same: High DPS burst damageI'd be cool if we could make an unlock that gives the Scout an interesting new concept while not going out of his boundaries. To elaborate on that: no demoknight, which went too far out of demo's role, and no Liberty Launcher, which lets Soldier keep pretty much the exact same role, but a Flare Gun. -
