Saigns are a bunch of servers in TF2 that are infamous for allowing you to pay-to-win. Becoming a premium member gives you reserved slots and special text color and stuff, nothing out of the ordinary, but then it also gives you immunity to votes for scrambles or kicks - yes, as long as an admin isn't around, you can do whatever you like and nobody can make you leave - and to top it off, on their non-quickplay servers (i.e. most) you just flat out get buffed. Health on kills, faster movement speed, unlimited ammo... Tis a heap of bollocks. I don't really get how that follows from what we were talking about Does saigns have nocrit servers or something?

24p, normal gamemodes and a reasonable skill level. And of course a decent ping but I'd have to check that out myself.

Such a pity, Hampshire Heavies and the Reddit server are empty 90% of the time nowadays I also found a nearly full nocrit server today but everyone spoke in a language I've never seen before and the skill level was abysmal, which is a first for nocrit servers

Who knows, maybe in 20 years a multi-billion dollar AI constructed by the world's finest minds will make a bad Little Big Planet level. Oh, we're much closer than that. The biggest challenge right now is that it is very hard to distinct between creativity and randomness; there are AIs who write piano music, but if you give it too much knowledge about piano music people will say it is just copying humans, if you give it too little info people will say it's just random noise. Creativity is just a method of trial and error problem solving, which computers have been able to to for years. But it has been romanticized into something untouchable and almost by definition "humans only" to such a point that it isn't as much a challenge of making an AI do it, as shaping it up to whatever arbitrary rules (ironically) creativity should have according to the average Joe

Looks pretty damn good. 120 gigs is plenty to install your OS, Steam and whatever game you;re playing atm. Final thing to consider could be to get a cooling system, nothing special but a simple air cooling fan will make your pc run much quieter and will makes the parts wear slower, especially since you get your video card overclocked

-Your CPU is way too strong for your video card if you want to use it for games. A simple rule of thumb is that you want your video card to be twice as expensive as your CPU -On that note your video card is really weak. Not really worth buying a pc if you're gonna put that in it. -That's some very expensive RAM which I don't really see the purpose of. You make the right choice by getting 2x4, lots of people get 2x8 but that's just overkill -The case is way too expensive as well -Get an SSD. It is awesome Use these, they helped me a lot. Sungrace Pegasus is the greatest. That card and Heliod's Pilgrim are why I almost always draft white with M15 Also Raid looks like a mechanic with a lot of potential. Easy to activate and since it's an etb trigger it gives instant value. I can see it happen that we get a mythic with a Raid ability that just tears standard in half
