No fall damage: negligible, can be avoided with various methods. He'll be getting 144 hp or so with the other buff. The speed downside halves the pistol's spammability, but makes it potentially more accurate. The fire thing, well, you're pretty much screwed if you come withing range of a pyro. It seems a bit OP.

The scout weapons seem great, as do the rocket launcher and the flaregun. The sniper weapons are "meh" but look cool.EDIT: The scout scattergun actually may be pretty UP. And I may be wrong about the sniper weapons, as I hate sniper.
