  1. Intel K (unlocked) CPUs beg to be overclocked. That cooler is like stock but a bit different. Get Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO or something simmilar. Don't forget thermal grease.
  2. Good CPU, WTF tier cooler, good RAM, good hard drives, WAIT FOR THE END OF THE MONTH FOR RX 480 TO GET BOATLOAD MORE PERFORMANCE FOR SAME PRICE, rest is good.
  3. The parts that really matter are CPU/mobo and GPU. With AMD Zen architecture and new RX 480 just behind the corner, answer is again: WAIT. You waited so long, might as well wait a bit longer :^) . In the meanwhile, think about how big you want your monitor to be and what features you would like, go to walmart or something and try mechanical keyboards and see if you like them. PSU is not a big problem, good case will be less of a pain to work with. Look at corsair, coolermaster, NZXT and fractal cases and see if you like any of them. If you want to replace mouse, here's a guide. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ZzbKDmFOqsP_ut2RdctD01OEbZzbXol6HLwqVkSmZcg/edit#gid=0

    TIAM: General Gaming edition

I did play episodes, my net was down at the time, so I just did it in offline. No, Isaac does not feel like my cup of coffee.

    TIAM: General Gaming edition

I'm bored, I need new game to listen I can listen podcasts and music to/ fill gap where War Thunder and Warframe used to reside in. I can't play more than one map in TF2 without getting bored anymore. I don't think I wanna buy into Overwatch at it's current state, and I am trying to save up since I'm spending a lot of money lately, and I wanna buy a shotgun soon. Witcher DLC will be awesome and totallly worth every penny, but again, I'm saving up and also - too much talking for podcasts. The Old Republic has simmilar problem - too much talking, I'm playing it when not listening to podcasts/music. ATM I'm dowloading patch for Planetside 2, might be ok to just click on people. Maybe there is something that I overlooked in my steam library? What else is out there that's worth a try?

    TF2 general

Daily reminder: TF2 is place for valve to experiment. Those experiments later leak to other valve games. Same will be with anticheat, why do you think they even bother?
  7. It was a good day today, even though I only managed to take a small nap in the afternoon. I will be happy to help you with rig update.

Making acceptable tier cable management in shitty case is satisfying pain in the ass.

    Overwatch

I'm not, waiting for the moment when game will be worth money I have to shell out for it. 40 euromonies is a bit steep for what I seen in the beta. Also, after 4 or how many days beta lasted, I was burned out on the game with just 18h clocked on client. Needs to be cheaper /contain more stuff to do, at least for me.

In case anyone ever asks again: 200$ and under headphones

    Benchmark your rig.

That means decent CPU, since RealBench scores are CPU bound.

Light years of difference in GPU performance.

    Overwatch

I used to play games on my craptop during summers with vacuum cleaner stuck to exhaust. I used to turn it on when GPU started throttling itself to death, aka a lot.

    Overwatch

There, I fixed it for you.

    Headphones went kablooey

Sennheiser hd 201, often below 20$. Superlux 681, basicly AKG but cheaper materials, amazing sound quality for the money.
  16. dammit huff, y u never online on steam

Not terrible, could have been worse. I'd suggest 450W PSU from one of big brands (corsair, EVGA, antec, coolermaster, enermax), if you plan to put actual GPU in to that box like 750ti that is dirt cheap and does not draw much power,it could make it preety ok. 350w if you don't. Also consider modular PSU for ease of building and doing cable management.

whats rest of the specs for your PC? would help to tell how much watts you need.
  20. I had my CPU cooler for less than a year and fan has already worn out. I had to replace it immidately, rattle was unbearable.
