Lemme think here: -Fan of War's debuff should be able to be applied to multiple enemies, and (maybe?) the mark should last for life. It wouldn't fix the problem of Scatter always being a better choice, but at least it's vaguely better. -Soda Popper should be reworked to stop being brainless (although admittedly brainless fun) -Phlog would be cool with a banner-activation and health regen throughout MMPH (but no instant gain) but it's not very important -Homewrecker/Annhiliator... something other than sapper damage. please. -Backburner could use a slightly reduced airblast cost but it's fine as is as well -Reserve Shooter needs to be removed from game from pyro -Zatoichi needs no crits -Shields are dumb but I guess okay as is though bash and slash with the screen is annoying as all hell -family business needs to be all-shotgun-class -heavy is just... -...too boring for me to actually care about anything he has -Pomfson could be cool as a bison reskin -Wrangler is pretty obvious -Vacc needs to...
