they started as 13 year olds. The Beta kids went through pretty much acts 1-4 or so in one day. then there was a 3-year wait with John and Jade being in the ship and Rose and Dave being on the meteor. No idea on the trolls, though. They're probably just a little older than the kids. The Alpha kids were 13 at the beginning, but then there was a three-year wait while they basically fucked around in the dead session. So, they're all 16, and the trolls maybe a little older (probably a year older at the most)
